This holiday season, Summerlin churrascaria Via Brasil Steakhouse will be Las Vegas’ most exciting place to celebrate the season with happenings on Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year’s Eve. The whole family will enjoy Via Brasil’s options of 21 all-you-can-eat meats including favorites like Filet Mignon, Porterhouse, lamb chop, New York steak and Picanha carved tableside, as well as the restaurant’s gourmet salad bar and a la carte entrée offerings.

 

The Christmas spirit will be in full swing at Via Brasil Steakhouse starting the day after Thanksgiving. The restaurant will be transformed with several Christmas trees, festive lights and other holiday décor setting the scene for seasonal fun. Every brunch service in December will feature Santa Claus from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.—a touch that is certain to delight young guests and their families.

 

The restaurant will be open for special holiday hours on Christmas Eve—from 4 to 9 p.m. No changes will be made to the menu offerings. On Christmas Day, Via Brasil Steakhouse will be open for lunch and dinner. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with the options of Rodizio Sterling (21 types of meats., gourmet salad bar and sides all-you-can-eat) or Rodizio Prime (15 types of meats, gourmet salad bar and sides all-you-can-eat) for $49.99 and $39.99, respectively. Dinner is served from 3 to 8:30 p.m., where Via Brasil’s classic Rodizio Sterling dinner (21 types of meat, gourmet salad bar and sides all-you-can-eat) will be served for $49.99. A Christmas ham will be among the meat offerings on Christmas Day. Reservations are highly encouraged, and can be made by calling the restaurant at 702.804.1400 or booking through OpenTable.

 

Via Brasil Steakhouse will transform into Summerlin’s New Year’s Eve party spot on Dec. 31. First, the restaurant will have a dinner service from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Guests can enjoy the restaurant’s Rodizio Sterling menu (21 types of meats, gourmet salad bar and sides all-you-can-eat) for $49.99. Then, Via Brasil’s New Year’s Eve Party begins at 9:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy dinner, and then the salad bar will transform into a dessert bar. There will be a DJ, dancing and champagne toast for all guests. There are three package options—Basic, Open Bar and Couples Package. The basic package includes a seat for the party and Via Brasil’s Rodizio Sterling dinner (21 types of meats, gourmet salad bar and sides all-you-can-eat) for $79.99 per person. The Open Bar package ($130) will include the offerings of the Basic package plus open bar until closing, with house/well liquors, caipirinhas, sangrias, wines and beers available to guests. The $235 Couples Package includes two seats for the party, two Sterling Dinners and a bottle of premium Champagne chilled and waiting on the table as guests arrive. This option for two requires a 50 percent deposit. All party reservations require credit card numbers to hold the reservation, and a $15 deposit per guest will be taken in advance for all basic party reservations. Via Brasil’s rodizio dinners come with the option to add on market price seafood such as lobster and king crab legs. This new feature is one of the things that sets the restaurant apart from other Brazilian steakhouses in the Las Vegas Valley.
