T-bones Chophouse & Lounge at Red Rock Resort is gearing up for the season with two all-new menu offerings including its Fireside Bites and Happy Hour. Whether guests enjoy dining out on the picturesque patio or inside the stunning bar, T-bones Chophouse & Lounge has locals and tourists alike covered for all their dining needs this spring.
From patio bites to after work happy hour, guests can indulge in these two all-new offerings:
Fireside Bites: Enjoy small bites at T-bones Chophouse & Lounge’s outdoor patio boasting stunning views of its backyard pool area. Available daily from 5pm to close, guests can get a taste of this classic American chophouse with its new Fireside Bites menu, available a la carte between $12-$80. Highlights include beef carpaccio rolls (arugula, red wine vinaigrette, fried garlic, crispy mushroom), chef’s selection of sliders (chef’s daily selection of prime beef sliders), fresh lobster roll (lemon aioli, pretzel roll) and more. In addition, guests looking to go big, can enjoy the seafood jackpot complete with Maine lobster, shrimp, oysters, crab cocktail, and king crab.
Happy Hour: Available from 4pm to 6pm (starting at 5pm on Sundays), T-bones Chophouse & Lounge serves up its decadent Happy Hour menu inside the bar and lounge Sunday through Thursday – perfect for date night, girls’ night out, or a pick me up after work. Enjoy sumptuous bites and signature cocktails with prices starting at $12. Highlights include Caesar salad bites (baby romaine, prosciutto, parmesan cheese), Hawaiian tuna tacos (Hawaiian tuna, soy reduction, guacamole), and tomato caprese vol-au-vent (heirloom tomato, basil, mozzarella cheese, balsamic, puff pastry), to name a few, as well as libations such as Berry-Licious (Don Julio blanco, Cointreau, fresh berries, agave nectar, fresh lime juice), White Cosmo (Ketel One Citroen Vodka, white cranberry juice, Cointreau, fresh lime juice), and Black Pearl (Malibu coconut rum, Grand Marnier, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, ginger beer). Wine offerings are also available.
T-bones Chophouse & Lounge is open daily, Sunday from 5pm to 10pm; Monday through Thursday: 4pm to 10pm; and Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 11pm. In addition, Happy Hour is available from 4pm to 6pm Monday through Thursday (and Sundays at 5pm), and the patio is open daily from 5pm to close.
