 This month, Andre’s Bistro & Bar will serve up seasonally-inspired dishes and perfectly paired pours from Oregon Wine Country at their Autumn Wine Tasting event on Friday, Oct. 19. The delectable dinner and wine duo will feature favorite fall flavors with a twist such as pumpkin risotto with grilled lamb brochette and sage yogurt sauce.

The one-night-only event begins at 6:30 p.m. and is priced at $90 per person. Guests will enjoy the following four-course menu:

ABOUT MENUS AND SERVING OPTIONS
Three-Course Plated Meal ($40 per guest)
Perfect for formal and semi-formal events big or small, Andre’s three-course plated meal provides the perfect way to make wedding receptions, corporate celebrations or birthday parties into a night to remember. Drawing from Andre’s revered in-house menu, the three-course meal allows guests to select from seven first- and second-course options and six dessert-course options. Signature dishes include buttery Escargot de Bourgogne, delectable Golden Trout Amandine, savory Coq Au Vin and classic Crème Brûlée. 

Weekend Brunch For Groups ($27 per guest)
Be it a wedding or baby shower, a First Communion celebration or a family reunion, Andre’s brunch delivers light, yet flavorful, options for any weekend occasion. Andre’s offers a large three-course menu, featuring nine first-course options, 11 second-course options and six dessert-course options. Signature dishes include unbelievable beignets, Andre’s Classic Benedict, delicious Croque Madame and decadent Chocolate Walnut Gateau.

Buffet or Family Style ($39 per guest)
Whether it be a large corporate event or family reunion on the horizon, Andre’s can address large-group needs with their buffet and family-style menu. The tempting menu draws upon what Andre’s does best—providing an array of starters, main courses, side dishes and dessert options. The main courses include some of Andre’s guests’ favorites including Coq Au Vin, Potato Gnocchi and Beef Bourguignon. Supplemental options are also available for a small additional fee.

What is a party without hors d’oeuvres? Andre’s offers a selection of options, which include Andre’s famous Foie Gras Torchon, Andre’s Sliders, Tuna Niçoise, Crudités among many other options.

Food Stations Menu (Ranging from $17 to $36 per person)
Prefect for large groups, Andre’s offers four different food station selections: Roast or Carving, Vegetarian, Charcuterie and Seafood/Raw Bar.  Each option features traditional Andre’s culinary offerings, such as Prime Rib, Crudités, Jambon de Paris and Oysters on the half shell.

TO PAY HOMAGE TO ANTHONY BOURDAIN 

A Portion of the Proceeds to Benefit Three Square Food Bank

 

 Andre’s Bistro & Bar’s Las Vegas Restaurant Week 2018 menu will pay tribute to the late Anthony Bourdain. This year’s throwback menu will feature dishes inspired by Brasserie Les Halles, the New York-based French restaurant that closed in 2017. He was working as their executive chef when he was inspired to write his breakout book, “Kitchen Confidential.”

“We serve traditional French fare and have always been inspired by Bourdain and his time at Les Halles,” says Joseph Marsco, managing partner, Andre’s Bistro & Bar. “We wanted this year’s menu to honor his memory by showcasing highlights from their menu, as well as his favorite dishes.”

The special menu will be available beginning today through June 29. Priced at $50 per person, guests will enjoy a multi-course, prix-fixe menu benefiting Three Square Food Bank. A portion of each meal sold will be donated to Three Square.

The 2018 tribute menu will be as follows:

FIRST COURSE (Choice of one)

  • Caesar Salad with romaine lettuce, croutons, Grana Padano cheese, anchovies and topped with Caesar dressing
  • Wagyu Beef Carpaccio featuring Snake River Farms Wagyu Beef, arugula, Parmesan cheese, Maldon Smoked Sea Salt Flakes and fried capers
  • French Onion Soup with toasted bread and Gruyère cheese
  • Escargot de Bourgogne featuring imported French snails with garlic and herb butter
  • Seared Foie Gras with balsamic poached figs, brioche, peppered honey and stone fruit 

SECOND COURSE (Choice of one)

  • Steak Frites, served with 10oz. flat iron with duck fat fries and topped with Béarnaise sauce
  • Duck a L’Orange featuring Potato Dauphinoise with duck confit and orange duck jus
  • Beer-Steamed Mussels with Merguez Sausage and tomatoes and served on a grilled baguette
  • Lobster Thermidor featuring Maine Lobster with mushrooms with tarragon, Cognac and lobster cream

  • Crème Brûlée with vanilla bean custard, caramelized sugar and fresh berries

ANDRE’S BISTRO & BAR TO LAUNCH NEW AFTERNOON TEA PROGRAM
THIS WEEKEND

Beginning tomorrow – Saturday, June 2, Andre’s Bistro & Bar elevates its dining experience with the launch of an afternoon tea program available every Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 4:30 p.m. Andre’s take on high tea is a welcomed complement to the bistro’s modern French cuisine and features a delightful assortment of tea, sandwiches, classic pastries and desserts. The experience is priced at $26 per adult and $15 per child.

“The custom of afternoon tea, a longstanding tradition in England, is experiencing a rebirth while bringing people together to celebrate tea with style and substance,” says Joseph Marsco, managing partner, Andre’s Bistro & Bar.

The traditional English afternoon event is highlighted by an array of teas including English and Chinese teas.

Guests can enjoy from the below tea selections:

7 Cups Loose Leaf Teas – Organic Artisan Chinese Teas

  • Organic Green Tea – Tai Ping Hou Kui: a gentle floral aroma and a fresh taste with distinctive notes of bamboo leaf.
  • Old Tree Yunnan – Lao Shu Dian Hong: a golden color and a unique wild flower aroma with a sweet, light body and complex finish.
  • Rock Wulong Tea – Rou Gui: complex flavors and a patient delivery of many infusions making it a great choice as an everyday tea.
  • Decaffeinated Herbal Tea – Eight Treasures: formulated by a highly-regarded herbalist local to the Sichuan province, the recipe yields a rich herbal brew, balanced in its components to be both nutritious and gentle for every day drinking.

The program was created in partnership with Tea Room Chef Carolyn Geiger. She began her career working as a chef at Milan Bakery on Fremont Street. After nearly 12 years, she was introduced to the world of tea and has never looked back. Her passion comes from operating her own tea room, Market Tea Room which opened in 2006. Today, she works alongside the talented team at Andre’s to create their afternoon tea program, blending the delicate flavors of tea with their award-winning French tavern menu.

“My love for tea came very natural once I began learning about the multitude of health benefits that come with drinking it. Beginning May 22, the award-winning Andre’s Bistro & Bar will launch a new lunch experience, its À La Minute Menu. From guests on the go to those searching for a great location for a lunch meeting, the new menu is designed to fit all timetables and tastes.

“We listened to our guests and understand their needs change from day to day. One day they want to grab and go. The next – they need to have a business lunch complete with a comfortable ambience and a glass of wine to accompany their dish. We’ve a special custom menu that may easily be enjoyed in our dining room or taken back to the office. We always wanted to be a gift to the neighborhood and this menu expands on offerings and our ability to meet the demands of the business customers in the area” says Joseph Marsco, managing partner, Stacked Hospitality – Andre’s Bistro & Bar’s parent company.

For $40 per person, guests will be treated to a traditional Low Country Boil served family style, complete with one complimentary cocktail. Andre’s Bistro & Bar to Launch “Family Meal,” Late Night Dinner Series

ANDRE’S BISTRO & BAR TO LAUNCH LATE NIGHT DINNER SERIES,  
“FAMILY MEAL,” STARTING TUESDAY, JUNE 13

 Andre’s Bistro & Bar invites Las Vegas night owls, as well as local food and beverage industry professionals, for the restaurant’s first installment of the brand-new “Family Meal” dinner series. This late-night dinner, served family-style, was designed specifically to be enjoyed by those who work late—and also love a great meal after everyone else has gone home. The first dinner will take place on Tuesday, June 13, from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.

For the inaugural Family Meal, Andre’s Executive Chef Marty Lopez will team up with Guest Chef Khai Vu, owner, District One and Le Pho Vietnamese Kitchen. From this delectable collaboration, guests can expect to savor Andre’s signature blend of French and American cuisine enhanced with Vietnamese influences. The evening’s nightlife vibe will be presented by Jason Davis, with Moët Hennessy sponsoring beverages. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit Mondays Dark, a Las Vegas-based organization that brings the together entertainers and influencers to raise money for charity.

The Income Tax Cocktail has been offering relief to tax payers for decades and dates back to the 1920’s. Luckily, not a thing has changed in nearly 100 years. The pairing of Gin and Vermouth is a standard classic, but for this cocktail the addition of fresh-squeezed orange juice and a dash of aromatic bitters perfectly rounds out the drink.

At Andre’s, the cocktail will be available starting at 10 a.m. and starting at 5:30 p.m. at Alizé to be the perfect complement to any brunch, lunch or dinner entrée.

ANDRE’S BISTRO & BAR LAUNCHES “EXPRESS POWER LUNCH” MENU

They may serve a blend of French Bistro and American Tavern cuisine, but that doesn’t mean the menu isn’t practical. The southwest’s newest restaurant, which serves an appealing blend of French bistro and American tavern cuisine, has launched the perfect lunch break menu designed to get guests in and out in less than 45 minutes. The “Express Power Lunch” features two courses of Andre’s favorites guaranteed to hit the spot quickly. 

“We designed this menu with time in mind. Guests can dine in for business or on the go in under an hour and then be back at their desks,” says John Wood, managing partner, Stacked Hospitality. “The menu options are fast and filling, crafted to provide energy for the rest of the day.”

The newest menu addition includes an appetizer and entrée for $19.95 with the option to add a handmade dessert for an additional $4.50.

  • Caesar Salad (romaine lettuce, croutons, grana padano, Caesar dressing)
  • Mixed Green Salad (market greens, balsamic vinaigrette)
  • French Onion Soup (toasted bread, gruyère cheese)

Entrées:

  • Grilled Chicken Sandwich (chicken breast, butter lettuce, crispy bacon, tomato, herb dressing)
  • Ricotta Gnocchi (pea tendrils, English pea purée, baby squash, rainbow carrots, brown butter sauce)
  • Golden Trout Amandine (green beans, beurre noisette)
  • Flat Iron Steak Frites *$6.50 supplement (grilled, herb butter, duck fat tries)

Desserts *$4.50 supplement:
