The desert-inspired Sahra Spa, Salon & Hammam is a full service luxury spa that provides the ideal environment for relaxation. Holsteins Shakes and Buns

Love is in the air at Holsteins’ this Valentine’s Day. The celebratory Velvet Shake is sure to make sippers swoon with vanilla ice cream, Bailey’s Red Velvet, red velvet cake crumbs, cream cheese frosting, topped with raspberry sauce, pink & heart sprinkles, whipped cream, gummy hearts and cherry sprinkle hearts. This sweet treat is available for $15 from Feb. 5 -16, 2020.


Beauty & Essex

Beauty & Essex is a one-stop shop for a lush gift and a romantic dinner. Enter through the stunning pawnshop, where all eyes are on the curated collection of vintage jewelry and one-of-a-kind goods. Once inside the restaurant, the jewelry box-inspired room will set the stage for a lavish dinner for two.  Beauty & Essex’s Valentine’s Day specials include Steak Tartare + American Caviar with cured egg yolk, garlic aioli and sea salt crisps; Frisky Frisee Salad with field greens, fenugreek, shaved asparagus, and strawberry vinaigrette; Silky Chocolate Fettuccine with red wine braised short rib, wild seasonal mushrooms and fennel confit; Saffron Kissed Butter Poached Lobster with tarragon foam and edible flowers; and the “Sweet Heart” with cherry, dark chocolate mousse, feuilletine streusel. At STK, guests can enjoy specialty menu items available Feb. 14-16. The vibrant bar scene, inspired menu, sexy atmosphere and in-house DJ offers a flirty take on the classic American steakhouse. STK will keep the romance with specials including Soy Honey Glazed Ahi Tuna with quinoa, citrus, mint, and scallion lemon dressing, Roasted Halibut Filet with sweet potato puree, capers popcorn, Brussels sprouts petals, and smoked butter sauce, 10 oz. Bone-in Beef Filet Rossini with crispy toast, seared foie gras, shaved truffle and periguex sauce, Porterhouse 28oz. Surf and Turf with roasted lobster tail, confit shallots and chimichurri sauce and Chocolate Lava Marshmallow Cake with raspberry jam and white chocolate ice cream. Enjoy a romantic dinner with unmatched vibrant city views at The Cosmopolitan’s alluring and intimate Italian restaurant, Scarpetta. The elegant and sophisticated Japanese-cuisine destination, Zuma, offers restaurant-goers an indulgent Valentine’s Day prix-fixe menu perfect for date night. The $140 omakase menu features Suzuki no Sashimi with sliced seabass sashimi, yuzu, truffle and salmon roe; Kaki no Ponzu with shingoku oyster, ponzu and kizami wasabi; Hourensou No Goma Ae with steamed baby spinach and sesame dressing; Ebi No Tempura with rock shrimp tempura and truffle mayonnaise; Zuma Special Sashimi and Truffle Sushi; Suītopoteto No Yaki with sweet potato and ginger teriyaki; Ainame no Koumi Yaki to Kousou with grilled Chilean seabass, green chili and ginger dressing; and a 12oz. Rib Eye with truffle sauce and freshly shaved black truffle. Travis Scott, Kylie Jenner, Stevie Wonder at Marquee, Amy Schumer at Beauty & Essex Saturday

Saturday night was filled with celebration for Travis Scott’s exclusive residency at Marquee Nightclub inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Newly minted 21 year-old Kylie Jenner’s birthday revelry continued as she and Travis celebrated the debut of his album Astroworld at #1.  The club was decked out in Astroworld theme as Travis took to the Marquee stage and performed a medley of hits along with several new tracks.  Kylie and friends took in the show from a VIP table where she was also surprised with a cake marking her newly legal status.


Also spotted at Marquee was Stevie Wonder, fresh off his Las Vegas concert.


Following her standup performance at The Cosmopolitan, Amy Schumer dined with friends and fellow comedian George Wallace at Beauty & Essex, snapping a photo for her Instagram feed.

Communities In Schools of Nevada (CIS of Nevada) will hold their highly anticipated, seventh annual fall benefit gala, Today For Tomorrow, on Saturday, Nov. 4, from 6 – 10 p.m. at the Belmont Ballroom inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

The annual philanthropic foodie event, this year themed “Groovy Nights,” will once again feature a mouth-watering culinary lineup from The Cosmopolitan’s roster of award-winning celebrity chefs. In addition, a disco dance floor, seventies tribute band, entertainment from the cast of BAZ: Star Crossed Love, silent and live auctions, a live gaming area and much more will entertain all in attendance. Guests are strongly encouraged to dress in their grooviest duds and disco the night away.

Thirteen restaurants from The Cosmopolitan will delight palates with tapas-style delicacies that are small in portion but big in flavor, many served by the Executive Chefs themselves. Participating restaurants include: Beauty & Essex, Blue Ribbon, China Poblano, Estiatorio Milos, Holsteins, Jaleo, Momofuku, Milk Bar, Scarpetta, Rose. Rabbit. Lie, STK, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Pastry Shop, and Zuma. In addition, the best in mixology will be featured by the creative minds of The Chandelier and CliQue Bar & Lounge.

Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval will be honored for his continuous dedication toward advocating on behalf of Nevada’s most vulnerable student populations. Also in attendance will be Governor Sandoval’s former Chief of Strategy Officer and Nevada Superintendent, and current CEO of Communities in Schools National, Dale Erquiaga. Former Nevada Senator Harry Reid and his wife Landra are co-chairs of the event.

Last year’s swanky 1920s-themed soiree was attended by more than 400 guests and allowed attendees to raise $300,000 for the local affiliate of the nation’s leading dropout prevention program. Live auction highlights included an eight-person in home-cooked dinner prepared by celebrity chefs Scott Conant of Scarpetta, and Chris Santos of Beauty and Essex; a fluffy eleven-week-old Maltipoo puppy; and a seven-day trip to Australia.

To meet its mission of surrounding at-risk students with a community of support, CIS of Nevada relies on its community partners, as well as grants and donations, to fund its proven system of integrated student support. Drawing some of Hollywood’s biggest names, TAO Group, along with real estate developers Richard Heyman and Grant King and Dream Hotels, celebrated the highly-anticipated TAO Asian Bistro, Beauty & Essex, Avenue, and Luchini Pizza + Bar Grand Opening with an exclusive invite-only block party.
Katie Holmes, Cindy Crawford, Orlando Bloom, and Hailey Baldwin were among the Hollywood elite who came out to celebrate TAO Group’s Los Angeles debut.

potted at Avenue, Cindy Crawford and hubby Rande Gerber enjoyed a fun night out, while DJ Khaled took the stage for a surprise DJ set. Orlando Bloom was also seen at the nightclub with a group of friends, while Draya Michele was seen dancing it up at a table with gal pals. Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross arrived together looking more in love than ever at Beauty & Essex restaurant. The inseparable couple weren’t afraid to show their affection for one another as Evan was spotted giving her a sweet kiss on the cheek. Jamie Chung was all smiles with husband Bryan Greenberg and were seen enjoying sweets at the Beauty & Essex dessert bar. Meanwhile at TAO Asian Bistro, Hailey Baldwin dazzled in a sparkly number showing off major leg. Enjoying late night slices of pizza at Luchini, were Michael Bay and Owen Wilson, who both kept a low profile throughout the evening.

Taking the stage for a surprise special performance were NAS, Busta Rhymes and Anderson Paak while Ross One, DJ Cassidy, Chantel Jeffries, Chris Masterson, and Devin Lucien manned the decks throughout the evening.
Tyga made an appearance with pal Scott Disick along with other notable guests including: G-Eazy, Zoe Saldana, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Nicole Scherzinger, and more. Guests enjoyed Poke Wonton Tacos, Petit Imperial Wagyu Sliders and Grilled Cheese, Smoked Bacon & Tomato Soup Dumplings from Chef
Chris Santos of Beauty & Essex and Chef Ralph Scamardella of TAO Asian Bistro and imbibed on Tao-Tinis and Emerald Gimlets specialty cocktails.

Avenue will officially open its doors on  Tuesday, March 21. TAO Asian Bistro, Beauty & Essex restaurant and Luchini Pizzeria & Bar will open to the public in early April.

Dream Hollywood will open separately and later this Spring with a new dining and nightlife concept from TAO Group called The Highlight Room, a rooftop lounge, pool and grill atop of the hotel. TAO Group
will exclusively manage all of Dream Hollywood’s food and beverage operations, marking their first West Coast venture.
