Seafood Shack

Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que

First course:

  • Choice of:
    • Baby kale and spinach salad with grilled endive and radicchio, heirloom tomatoes, candied blueberries with creamy citrus dressing
    • Purple potato and roasted cauliflower soup with dill and focaccia crouton

Entrée:

  • Choice of:
    • CT Bourbon roasted turkey with andouille sausage brioche stuffing, Yukon Gold whipped potatoes, sautéed baby vegetables and savory gravy
    • Roasted rack of lamb with kalamata tapenade crusted loaded whipped potatoes, sautéed baby vegetables and balsamic glaze
Dessert:

The Coffee Shop

Seafood Shack

First course:

Entrée – choice of:

  • Bacon wrapped scallops with confit tomatoes, crawfish, crab meat and linguine pink vodka sauce
  • Christmas Creole jambalaya with lobster, chicken andouille, clam mussel and shrimp

Dessert:

  • Spiced pumpkin white chocolate panna cotta, ginger snap cookie

The menu will be available for $45 per person.

Corner Market Buffet
Roasted pork belly porchetta, wood smoked ham, baked rainbow kale gratin, peel and eat shrimp, seasonal fruits and cheeses, and smoked apple and walnut salad.

In addition to the regular dinner menu:
Slow roasted prime rib, creamed peas with fried pearl onions, braised leg of lamb, roasted Brussels sprouts with pancetta, lasagna Florentine, smoked Cornish hen, striped bass with orange buerre blanc and fried leeks, wild rice and basmati pilaf with cranberries, roasted Chinese duck leg, wild mushroom crabmeat bisque, peel and eat shrimp, chilled crab legs; and for dessert: house made deep dish pumpkin pies, pecan pies, individual pineapple upside down cakes and apple bread pudding.

Celebrate Thanksgiving at Treasure Island on November 22, featuring seasonal favorites from The Coffee Shop, Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que, Seafood Shack, Corner Market Buffet and Phil’s Italian Steak House.

 The Coffee Shop

  • Roasted butternut squash soup or arugula and cranberry salad, with carrots, goat cheese and almonds with sherry shallot vinaigrette.
  • Roasted turkey white and dark meat, served with mashed potatoes with champagne gravy; traditional stuffing; maple, bacon and pecan roasted butternut squash; balsamic-glazed sautéed Brussels sprouts; and cranberry relish.
  • Pumpkin pie or apple cranberry pie served with vanilla ice cream.

The three-course menu for $31.50 per person or à la carte will be available from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

 

Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que

  • Southern pecan and apple salad with endive arugula, radicchio, green apple, candied pecans with an orange mustard vinaigrette or lobster pumpkin bisque with pumpkin seed and micro chives.
  • Roasted bourbon glazed turkey, served with Andouille sausage brioche stuffing, Yukon gold whipped potatoes, sautéed baby vegetables and savory gravy or a mesquite-grilled pork tenderloin marinate in chipotle and cilantro served with Yukon gold whipped potatoes, sautéed baby vegetables, wild mushroom demi glaze and truffle oil.
  • House made deep-dish pumpkin pie or coconut rum custard pie.

 The menu will be available for $40 per person from 11 a.m. to midnight.

Seafood Shack

  • Roasted butternut bisque with lobster, brioche foie gras toast points
  • Hydroponic baby mache, frisse, goat cheese, pickled apples, bacon and cider vinaigrette
  • Oven roasted turkey served with classic corn bread, green bean casserole, bourbon cranberry sauce and homemade gravy
  • Spiced pumpkin white chocolate panna cotta with ginger snap cookie.

The menu will be available for $45 per person from 5 to 10 p.m.

Phil’s Italian Steak House

  • Cranberry and ricotta bruschetta.
  • Butternut squash ravioli with orange and sage butter sauce or lobster and corn chowder.
  • Free-range organic roast turkey with homemade gravy served with green bean casserole, cornbread and porcini stuffing, sweet and Yukon gold mashed potatoes; slow-roasted, thin cut prime rib, served with sweet and Yukon gold mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and onion gravy; or roasted vegetable risotto, made with baby carrots, zucchini, parsnips, bell peppers and Arborio rice
  • Spiced pumpkin-white chocolate panna cotta with ginger snap cookie.

The menu will be available for $50 per person from 5 to 10 p.m.

New TI buffet opens among planned restaurant overhauls for property in 2018

Corner Market Buffet, the new restaurant at Treasure Island Las Vegas offering all-you-can eat dining with dinner prices starting at $33.45, is now serving an inspired menu with fresh ingredients.

Located in the space that previously housed The Buffet at TI, the refreshed eatery offers a new take on its former food offerings.  Building upon a dining menu revival at numerous TI restaurants, the buffet now boasts a crisp interior design as well as new dishes and forward-trending recipes aimed to please the palates of casual diners and foodies alike.

“Guests who haven’t dined with us in a while might be surprised to see what we have to offer,” said Chef Craig Taylor, Director of Culinary Operations at Treasure Island Las Vegas. “While we took great effort to satiate the taste buds of the most casual diners, we also sought to appease food fanatics with exotic items like our protein bowls with ‘forbidden’ rice, a superfood sensation that has taken foodie blogs and social media by storm.”

Dishes now served at the new buffet include: crème fraiche scrambled eggs, potato latkes and maple pecan Danish, protein bowls with tandoori salmon, Peruvian chicken with tangy cilantro sauce, Korean beef bulgogi, pork belly porchetta, fresh Italian pizza, pastas and lobster ravioli.  Diners can enjoy a signature farmer’s market salad station, as well as a variety of freshly prepared desserts including soufflés and gelato.

The property has invested in several food and beverage modifications, most recently with the opening of Richie’s SUB Shop located near TI’s Race and Sports Book. Adding to the culinary transformations at TI will be a unique high-tech sports bar and lounge, slated to open later in 2018.
