4th-Annual Route 91 Harvest Festival Sells Out Months In Advance!

LAS VEGAS’ ROUTE 91 HARVEST POWERED BY SIRIUSXM OFFICIALLY SELLS OUT MONTHS IN ADVANCE
Jason Aldean, Eric Church And Sam Hunt Will Headline 3-Day Neon Sleepover Taking Place At Las Vegas Village September 29 – October 1

Passes to the fourth-annual Route 91 Harvest Powered By SiriusXM have sold-out in advance of the three-day, two-stage festival set to take place at the Las Vegas Village September 29 – October 1. Previously announced country music superstars, including Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Sam Hunt and more, will perform to the mammoth crowd with the backdrop of the infamous Las Vegas Strip.

Having sold-out in advance the past two consecutive years, Route 91 Harvest continues “living up to the expectations that it set in its previous years” (Rolling Stone.) In addition to a world-class lineup, attendees have the option to enjoy the festival Sin-City style with the many upgrade opportunities, contributing to the festival’s fast climb on the global map as a premier destination festival.

“Three years is not long when it comes to growth of a festival, but this festival had a life of its own from the get-go,” said Brian O’Connell, President of Country Touring at Live Nation. “Las Vegas and country music has always had a special relationship and I think the runaway success of Route 91 Harvest is a product of that, in addition to the artists that continue to come on board and the fans traveling from all over the world to make this festival what it is.”

Jason Aldean Has Billboard Country Airplay’s Most #1’s Ahead Of New Single

JASON ALDEAN TAKES A SEAT AT THE TOP OF THE RADIO CHARTS
EARNING 19TH CAREER NO. ONE WITH “ANY OL BARSTOOL”

Concurrently Announces “They Don’t Know” As Next Single With Same Momentum Launching
JASON ALDEAN: THEY DON’T KNOW TOUR, On April 27

While “slowing things down with the open-hearted…Jack Daniels-laced song” (Entertainment Weekly), RIAA’s top digital Country male artist of all time Jason Aldean earns his 19th No. One with “Any Ol Barstool,” topping both the Mediabase and Billboard Country Airplay charts this week. Serving as the third consecutive chart-topper off his seventh studio album THEY DON’T KNOW, “the soundtrack of heartache” (Billboard) also marks Aldean’s first No. One since claiming the coveted ACM Entertainer of the Year award back-to-back, making him one of only nine artists in history to achieve this accomplishment.

“‘Any Ol Barstool’ brought that classic Country vibe I grew up on, so it’s pretty cool to me that my fans and Country radio took it to No. One,” said Aldean. “We’ve worked up big moments around ‘Barstool’ and ’They Don’t Know’ and it’s made me even more ready to get back out on the road and see the fans.”

Aldean keeps the momentum moving as he announces his new single is the title-track off the only Country album to claim the top spot on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart in 2016. “Packed with stadium-size songs and arena-ready hooks” (The Boston Globe), Aldean is sure to bring that same energy to the stage while boasting support from special guests Chris Young, Kane Brown and Dee Jay Silver,as he returns to the road next week with his JASON ALDEAN: THEY DON’T KNOW TOUR, launching in Toledo, OH, on Apr. 27.

“When I first heard the song it really made me think about how rural communities can come across misunderstood. It’s a classic scenario in movies, a Hollywood producer films in small towns and packs in every stereotype you can imagine,” noted Aldean. “This song wraps all those feelings together perfectly and basically says not to judge a book by its cover. I relate to that growing up in the backwoods of Georgia.”

“Country music’s hard-rocking everyman” is “the mirror image of his fans” (Rolling Stone) as THEY DON’T KNOW follows each album release earning PLATINUM certification or better, tallying more than 14 million total album sales and 19 No. One hits. The longevity of his career reached new heights as he debuted at the No. One position on Billboard’s all-genre Top 200 Album chart for the third consecutive time. In addition to the new tour, the “reigning Entertainer of the Year shows why he holds the title” (Newsday) as the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum will showcase a special exhibit opening its doors on May 27, commemorating his wide-open sound that has been one of the defining influences on today’s Country Music. JASON ALDEAN’S “OPEN-HEARTED” NEW MUSIC VIDEO FOR “ANY OL’ BARSTOOL”
PREMIERES TODAY EXCLUSIVELY WITH ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY

Tidal Takes Fans Behind-The-Scenes on the Set of the
ACM Entertainer Of The Year Nominee’s New Video

Reigning and current ACM “Entertainer of the Year” nominee Jason Aldean hones in on the emotional reality of a broken heart in the new music video for his current Top 10 single “Any Ol Barstool,” debuting exclusively today with Entertainment Weekly. Directed by Shaun Silva and filmed at a local-favorite Nashville bar, The Dog Tavern, Aldean “is slowing things down with the open-hearted” (Entertainment Weekly) video that follows a relationship in denial, leading to an unsure ending. Filled with Aldean’s “signature grit…studded with steel guitar” (The Tennessean), the third release from Aldean’s No. One selling album THEY DON’T KNOW, “Any Ol’ Barstool” serves as “a throwback to the early music that helped catapult Aldean into the spotlight,” (Forbes).

“This is one of those classic Country heartache songs where the guy is trying to convince his girl that he is fine, but in reality he’s not,” said Aldean. “So, I wanted the video to relay that classic heartache scenario we’ve all been in, but with a little twist which Shaun is always good at.”

“Country music’s hard-rocking everyman” is “the mirror image of his fans” (Rolling Stone) as THEY DON’T KNOW follows on the heels of each album release earning PLATINUM certification or better, tallying more than 14 million total album sales and 18 No. One hits. The longevity of his career reached new heights as he debuted at the No. One position on Billboard’s all-genre Top 200 Album chart for the third consecutive time with his seventh studio album, which has already produced two consecutive chart-toppers. Aldean makes plans to return to the road with his JASON ALDEAN: THEY DON’T KNOW TOUR, launching in Toledo, OH, on Apr. 27, with special guests Chris Young, Kane Brown and Dee Jay Silver. While Multi-PLATINUM artist Thomas Rhett garnered his first-ever GRAMMY nomination this week for Best Country Song with his record-breaking “Die A Happy Man,” he closes out an unparalleled year topping year-end radio, digital sales and streaming charts after earning continued commercial success and critical acclaim for his sophomore release TANGLED UP (The Valory Music Co.). With more than a dozen major award show nominations and trophies from the Country Music Association, Academy of Country Music, Billboard Music Awards, Broadcast Music Inc. and CMT Music Awards, his current single “Star Of The Show” off TANGLED UP DELUXE shoots up the Country radio charts as his fastest rising single to date. Thomas Rhett prepares to officially step into headliner status in 2017 on his HOME TEAM TOUR and at some of Country music’s biggest festivals alongside superstars including Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney and Miranda Lambert.

Kicking off the year with his record-breaking 2X PLATINUM smash “Die A Happy Man,” Thomas Rhett became the first artist since Taylor Swift in 2008 to hold the No. one position on the Billboard Country Airplay charts for six weeks, additionally topping Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart for 17 weeks. He dominated the Nielsen “2016 Mid-Year List” as the most streamed song overall with more than 80 million streams and ultimately closed out the year as Billboard’s “Top Country Streaming Song of 2016.” Additionally, he is Billboard’s “2016 Top Country Digital Songs Artist,” Country Aircheck/Mediabase‘s No. One “Overall Artist of 2016,” Spotify’s “2016 Top 5 Most-Streamed Country Artists” and is the highest ranking of only two Country artist to make the Top 100 most “Thumbed-Up” songs on Pandora.

Thomas Rhett proved to push “the genre into exciting new territory” (New York Times) this year with national television performances on The Voice, TODAY, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Night With Seth Meyers, CBS This Morning, CMT Crossroads: Nick Jonas and Thomas Rhett, The 50th Annual CMA Awards, The 51st Annual ACM Awards and hosted this year’s CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night To Rock. Thomas Rhett will celebrate the year with over one million people in Times Square as he performs live on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2017 (ABC 12/31 at 8:00P CT).

On the road, Thomas Rhett brought his “retro, soul-inspired danceable mix of arena-sized tunes and hooky melodies” (Associated Press) as direct support for Jason Aldean’s 2016 WE WERE HERE TOUR while simultaneously tallying sold-out headlining shows throughout the country, including a historical stop at Atlanta’s Wild Bills where he was the first artist ever sell-out two nights. The undeniable fan connection also proved to be a “force to be reckoned with” (Daily Star) overseas with sold-out crowds in Belfast, London, Manchester, Glasgow and Amsterdam, earning the title as “Country music’s brightest new star” (BBC). On the horizon, Thomas Rhett’s first-ever headlining 2017 HOME TEAM TOUR with special guest Kelsea Ballerini and up-and-comers Russell Dickerson and Ryan Hurd will launch on Feb. 23 and has already seen sellouts in multiple markets including Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater.

As Thomas Rhett continues “his journey to stardom” (TODAY), this year his inaugural “Thomas Rhett & Friends” charity concert raised over $250,000 to benefit 147 Million Orphans. For more information and for a full list of upcoming tour dates, visit www.thomasrhett.com.

Jason Aldean Takes “Any Ol’ Barstool” With 18th #1

jason-aldean

TODAY MARKS MULTI-PLATINUM ENTERTAINER JASON ALDEAN’S
18TH CAREER NO. ONE AND RELEASE OF
TIMELESS FOLLOW-UP SINGLE “ANY OL’ BARSTOOL”

The New Single Laced with Aldean’s “Signature Grit” Hits Country Radio Today
After Two Back-To-Back Chart-Toppers From THEY DON’T KNOW

RIAA’s top digital Country male artist of all time Jason Aldean earns his 18th career No. One this week with “A Little More Summertime,” which tops both Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase radio charts. Following the second consecutive chart-topper off his seventh studio album THEY DON’T KNOW, today Aldean continues to bring his “signature grit…studded with steel guitar” (The Tennessean) to Country radio with the immediate release of “Any Ol’ Barstool” as his new single.

“I think ‘Any Ol’ Barstool’ is probably one of the best written songs on the album,” said Aldean. “The guy is just trying to convince her that he’s doing fine, not drinking too much. It’s one of things we’ve all been through in some way. Plus, that traditional feel is the Country music I grew up on and has always been important to me to include on our albums. I love that stuff.”

The new track “uses tender pedal steel to play the sound of giving in against your better judgment“ (MTV) as his “voice comes crashing in with some pretty scenic poetry” (CMT). Its timeless theme with “a throwback to the early music that helped catapult Aldean into the spotlight more than a decade ago” (Forbes) is filled with “that balance of Middle American imagery and contemporary relationship concerns” (The Boston Globe).

Aldean has “earned his spot at the top of Country music over 11 years of hard touring and hard rocking” (Rolling Stone), as his new album THEY DON’T KNOW follows on the heels of each album release earning PLATINUM certification or better, tallying more than 14 million total album sales and 18 No. one hits. The longevity of his career reached new heights as he debuted at the No. One position on Billboard’s all-genre Top 200 Album chart for the third consecutive time with his seventh studio album. Aldean recently wrapped his 2016 SIX STRING CIRCUS TOUR hosting sold-out crowds throughout the country’s biggest venues. Jason Aldean Earns 1st Country Top 200 Album of 2016

jason-aldean

JASON ALDEAN SCORES THIRD
CONSECUTIVE NO. ONE ALBUM ON
BILLBOARD’S ALL-GENRE TOP 200 CHART
WITH THEY DON’T KNOW

“Reigning Entertainer of the Year Shows Why He Holds the Title” (Newsday) Marking Country’s First Release of 2016 to Summit Billboard’s Top 200 Chart, Pushing Over 138,000 Units

Critics Echo Fan Enthusiasm, Declaring THEY DON’T
KNOW is the “Essence of Aldean” (USA Today)

Jason Aldean’s “ever-rising stardom” (Billboard) reaches new heights as he earns the No. One position on Billboard’s all-genre Top 200 Album chart today for the third consecutive time with his seventh studio album THEY DON’T KNOW (Broken Bow Records). Three years after being crowned the RIAA’s Top Digital Country Male of all time, Aldean continues to hold the title moving over 138,000 units of the new album in its first week of release.

THEY DON’T KNOW continues to rake in applause from critics who claim “Country’s reigning Entertainer of the Year shows why he holds the title” (Newsday) with the new disc.

“THEY DON’T KNOW finds the Nashville superstar refining what he does best—muscular, guitar-heavy jams and ballads filled with yearning, both delivered with down-home directness. But there’s no question he kicks it up a notch here.” – Hits Daily Double

“The new album certainly hits all the traditional bullet points — from love and heartbreak to wild Saturday nights and hungover Sunday mornings – one of its most powerful ‘Aldean moments’ comes wrapped up in his misunderstood angst.” – Rolling Stone

“The album plays as a somber look back at a failed relationship and a present look at all the drinking that it leads to, some fun and some sad. It has modern accents of mainstream Nashville and shredding guitar solos straight out of 1980s rock.” – MTV

“Packed with stadium-size songs and arena-ready hooks, ‘They Don’t Know’ is a collection of disarmingly affable party anthems that balance Middle American imagery and contemporary relationship concerns.” – The Boston Globe

“THEY DON’T KNOW veers back to the working-class pride that has been central to his place in the country universe.” – Billboard

“It travels through backwoods lyrical allusions to relationships and the wanderlust southern rock, suds-soaked moments and big country parties (the already chart-topping arena anthem ‘Lights Come On.’) It’s a tried-and-true approach, but it continues to be a winning one for a country rocker that really understands his own voice.” – Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

“Classic Aldean: hard-rocking, gritty, more soulful than contemporaries, but no less fun.” – Hartford Courant

The new music follows 17 No. One hits at Country radio. Aldean has “set himself apart from the moment he first blew out of the radio speakers” (Billboard) as each album released has earned PLATINUM or better tallying more than 14 million album sales. His SIX STRING CIRCUS TOUR continues to “live up to his hype and record success” (Kansas City Star) as the “successful summer tour of some of the nation’s largest venues” (USA Today) continues to host sold-out crowds. Jason Aldean Shares Ultimate Experience With Superfan

JASON ALDEAN SURPRISES FAN IN NEW YORK CITY TODAY WITH ULTIMATE FLYWAY
TO THE LIVE NATION COUNTRY FESTIVAL OF WINNER’S CHOICE

Aldean To Appear on Good Morning America and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Tomorrow

jason-aldean

As RIAA’s top digital country male artist of all time Jason Aldean continues to sit at the top of the all-genre iTunes album chart since Friday’s release of his seventh studio album THEY DON’T KNOW (Broken Bow Records), Aldean and Music Choice surprised superfan Monica McNeill with an experience of a lifetime. While in New York City today (9/12), McNeill was in shock after Aldean stepped into the studio to surprise her with round trip accommodations for two to the Live Nation’s Country music festival of her choice in 2017, a copy of the new album, a pair of Justin Boots and his signature Resistol hat.

Aldean continues his trek through New York City tomorrow on Good Morning America (ABC at 8:30A ET on 9/13) where he’ll discuss the new music and offer a behind-the-scenes look at this past weekend’s two-night stand at Boston’s Fenway Park with over 60,000 fans, before performing his new single “A Little More Summertime” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (9/13 at 11:35P ET on NBC). Aldean has “earned his spot at the top of Country music over 11 years of hard touring and hard rocking,” (Rolling Stone) as each album released has earned PLATINUM or better tallying more than 14 million album sales and 17 No. one hits. His SIX STRING CIRCUS TOUR continues to “live up to his hype and record success” (Kansas City Star) as the “successful summer tour of some of the nation’s largest venues” (USA Today) continues to host sold-out crowds.

Live Nation’s premiere family of country music festivals shot out of the gate just five short years ago, when Watershed was born at The Gorge, WA. With a history of selling out in minutes and a reputation for hosting the genre’s biggest superstar acts, Watershed became the first country festival to host two back-to-back weekends this year. The establishment of three further destination festivals shortly followed, including Faster Horses in Brooklyn, MI, Route 91 Harvest in Las Vegas, NV and Country LakeShake in Chicago, IL. All unique in their approach, but with the common theme of fan-enjoyment at the forefront of priorities, the sister festivals have built a reputation through the artist community as a must-play festival of the touring year.
