  • Seafood Sharables – Guests can dive in with an assortment of bright appetizers that highlight fresh and succulent seafood. The Catch Ceviche infuses the bold flavors of mango and blood orange ponzu with Alaskan King Crab, Maine Lobster, shrimp, and scallops. The decadent Truffle Sashimi allows guests to indulge in both tuna and Hamachi paired with chili ponzu, caviar and rich black truffle purée.
  • High Rollers – In addition to soon-to-be-announced Las Vegas-exclusive sushi rolls, CATCH also offers its famed signatures. Tapped to deliver a memorable experience and high-energy transitions from dinner to late-night, Rockwell Group led the design of CATCH Las Vegas, drawing inspiration from the Los Angeles location as well as the Mediterranean to create a warm and welcoming oasis.

Design highlights of the restaurant include:

  • An Iconic Entry – From the moment of arrival, guests are drawn into CATCH Las Vegas’ dramatic 80-foot-long arched pergola, lined with twinkling foliage overhead and vibrant, bloom-infused flower walls featuring intimate seating/photo nooks. The flooring is made of red and white oak reclaimed from abandoned farms and warehouses in the Eastern United States.
  • Main Dining Room – The contemporary, nature-inspired feel is most evident in the main dining room. The centerpiece is the iconic olive tree standing at the middle of the room beneath its own glass roof. A rustic grey wood trellis overhang defines the seating area, creating the feel of an outdoor garden. Custom-dyed Italian leather banquettes with teak wood framing salvaged from historic buildings surround tabletops featuring walnut planks and blackened metal details.
  • Elevated Bar – The bar space features a 16-foot-tall vaulted ceiling, creating a spacious environment, as well as an open backbar with views of the adjacent dining room. The backbar display is made of 10 feet of tiered, glowing liquor bottles that reflect in mirrors to create a dazzlingly expansive optical illusion.
  • Private Lounge – Off the main dining room, the private lounge’s refined atmosphere reminiscent of a library is perfect for after parties. The centerpiece of the room is a custom five-foot-diameter crystal chandelier. Dark walnut wood paneling millwork creates a moodier impression while a tufted leather bar and intimate velvet banquettes offer the soft and luxurious feeling of a private club or speakeasy.

The glitter roots trend has quickly become one of the top Coachella styles that has girls everywhere, including Kendall Jenner, re-thinking their crafting techniques.


Inspired by the look, Redken Artist Doug Treadway has provided two easy step-by-steps using Redken to recreate glitter roots at home. Whether you’re getting ready for the next festival line-up or simply a night on the town, you’ll be able to achieve your own glam-rock look in minutes.


To start:

  • Mist wind blown 05 dry finishing spray through the hair to add texture and an airy finish.


  • Using your fingers, create a natural middle part, pulling hair into two sections.


  • Rake each section into a high ponytail. Secure with an elastic.


  • Reapply wind blown 05 dry finish spray to each ponytail add texture and a slight hold.


  • Carefully wrap each ponytail around its base to create a bun on either side of the head. Secure with hair pins.


  • Spray hair with quick dry 18 instant finishing spray for strong hold.

  • Apply metal fix 08 metallic liquid pomade (gold or silver) to the tip of your brush and work on the scalp area either side of the hair part. If you don’t have a brush, use your fingers to paint onto the hair.


  • Apply as little or as much as you would like to achieve your desired glitter root effect. Let it sit for five minutes to partially dry.


  • Apply a second layer of metal fix 08 metallic liquid pomade.


  • Finish the look with quick dry 18 instant finishing spray for strong hold.

  • Squeeze hardwear 16 super-strong sculpting hair gel into a bowl, add your color preference of glitter and mix together.

New Award Will be the AMA’s Highest Honor

Swift Will Open the Show with the World Television Premiere of “Blank Space”

dick clark productions and ABC announced today that Taylor Swift will be presented with the inaugural “Dick Clark Award for Excellence” at the 2014 American Music Awards.  Swift will be recognized for her historical album sales as the only artist in history to have three albums – “Speak Now, “Red” and “1989” — each debuting with more than 1 million sold in their first week. This year, in its first week, “1989” sold 1.287 million copies, making it the highest selling album released in 2014. Swift is the first recipient of the Dick Clark Award for Excellence, given to an artist who achieves a groundbreaking feat or creates a landmark work.  It is to be bestowed upon someone whose spirit and excellence capture the visionary passion that Dick Clark himself incorporated into everything he did.

Clark, the creator of the 42-year-old American Music Awards, influenced popular music in America for six decades. He was known for maintaining a standard of excellence both in the shows he produced and in the talent that he showcased. Simultaneously “America’s Oldest Teenager” and the most trusted name in music, Clark was responsible for the first TV appearances of many superstars including Michael Jackson, Madonna and Prince. Taylor Swift, who also made her debut on a Dick Clark Production show, will be honored with this prestigious award with Clark’s wife, Kari, in the audience, along with a theatre full of stars who grew up on Clark’s programs. This promises to be one of the most significant moments in the rich history of the AMA’s.

dick clark productions and Billboard announced today that Miley Cyrus and Ricky Martin will perform at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards. They join a star-studded lineup of previously announced must-see performers including 5 Seconds of Summer, Florida Georgia Line, Imagine Dragons, Jason Derulo, Jennifer Lopez, John Legend, Luke Bryan, OneRepublic and Pitbull. Superstar Kendall Jenner hosted the grand opening of Sugar Factory American Brasserie ( in the Meatpacking District of New York City on Thursday night.
The brand-new aunt to baby North West arrived to a swarm of hundreds of fans and photographers sporting skin-tight white jeans and a one-eyed sequin top, paired with Christian Louboutin stilettos.

The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star hit the red carpet with Sugar Factory owner, Charissa Davidovici, and caused a frenzy in the heart of the New York City hotspot.

Jenner noshed on the Signature Sugar Factory Burger and didn’t hold back when it came to the fries – her favorite. For dessert, the model indulged in a hearty helping of the Chocolate Cookie Jar Milkshake, along with popcorn dipped in chocolate fondue, and the larger-than-life Sugar Factory King Kong ice cream sundae – 24 scoops of ice cream served with hot fudge, gummy bears, marshmallows, waffle cones, bananas and much more.
No trip to the confectionary paradise would be complete without a visit to Sugar Factory’s retail store. The brunette beauty scooped plenty of Sour Patch Kids – her go-to sweet treat – along with Swedish Fish, gumballs and strawberry sour belts.

Before departing, Jenner posed for photos with fans and signed countless autographs. The reality star picked-up a handful of merchandise to take home, including Sugar Factory tank tops and shorts, and Silver Rainbow Couture Pops.

The entire Kardashian-Jenner clan came out in full-force on Saturday night to celebrate their teen queen, Kendall Jenner’s, 16th birthday at the Andaz Hotel in West Hollywood. The budding model’s siblings, Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, Rob, Kylie and parents, Bruce and Kris, made sure her special day was as sweet as could be, as famed confectionary brand Sugar Factory, hosted the unforgettable bash.

Sugar Factory created a one-of-a-kind “candy bar,” set up with every sugary concoction a girl could dream of.  Candy selections included all of Kendall’s favorites, specially picked out by her younger sister Kylie while at Sugar Factory’s store inside The Mirage in Las Vegas last weekend. Guests enjoyed Sour Patch Kids, gummy bears, Australian licorice, sour gummy belts,  Blow Pops, candy necklaces, chocolate clodhoppers, and heart candies.  Kendall’s favorite elements of the sweet shop’s celebratory set-up was a huge 4-tier chocolate fountain and popcorn machine, where her and all of her friends had a blast dipping fruit in milk chocolate and scooping heaping helpings of fresh buttered popcorn to munch on.

All of Kendall’s family and friends left the party with fabulous party favors, including Sugar Factory gourmet caramel apples, Sugar Factory’s Signature Couture Lollipops and custom whirly pops that read “Kendall’s Sweet 16 Hosted by Sugar Factory.”
