TREVI Italian Restaurant, located in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, will celebrate Mother’s Day by offering all moms a complimentary signature Bellini to accompany an array of Italian dishes on Sunday, May 12.

 

With the purchase of an entrée, mothers will be treated to TREVI’s signature Bellini, a frozen blend of peach nectar, peach schnapps, RONDIAZ rum and sparkling wine. Entrée selections, prepared by Executive Chef Jose Navarro, include: salmon agnolotti primavera, served with asparagus, peas, summer vegetables and citrus-mascarpone fondue, priced at $24; roasted Chilean sea bass with corn-asparagus hash, rainbow carrot salad and corn nage, priced at $34; TREVI’s signature linguine ai frutti di mare, made with lobster, shrimp, scallops, mussels, tomatoes and scallions in a seafood cream sauce, priced at $30; and more.

TREVI Italian Restaurant, located in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, will host a Vegas Golden Knights viewing party with all-you-can-eat gameday dishes, starting at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, March 1.

 

As fans watch the Vegas Golden Knights take on the Anaheim Ducks, TREVI’s Executive Chef Jose Navarro will prepare an all-you-can-eat buffet to be served in the restaurant’s private upstairs seating. Dishes will include: Italian mixed greens, served with red wine vinaigrette, blue cheese or balsamic dressing; assorted pizzas, including sausage and peppers, cheese, pepperoni and margherita; loaded potato skins topped with cheddar cheese, sour cream and crispy bacon; garlic knots, served with shaved pecorino and marinera sauce; tortellini mac and cheese, mixed with truffle cheese sauce, then topped with herbed bread crumbs; mini beef meatballs, served with  marinara sauce; buffalo crispy chicken strips, served with blue cheese and ranch dressing; short rib arancini, made with crispy risotto with braised short rib and saffron aioli; and baked ziti, made with house-made meat sauce, zesty marinara and fresh mozzarella. For dessert, house-made zeppoles will be served with milk sauce.

Italian Restaurant to Offer Prix Fixe Menu to Benefit Three Square Food Bank

TREVI inside the Forum Shops at Caesars will feature a special prix fixe menu of Chef Peter Scaturro’s Italian specialties to benefit Three Square Food Bank during Las Vegas’ 2012 Restaurant Week™ from Monday, Aug. 27 through Sunday, Sept. 3.

 

Priced at $40.12 per person, guests will begin the Italian three-course menu with the option of TREVI’s field greens or a traditional Caesar salad. The main entrée will feature the choice of the Fettuccine al Pesto con Gamberi tossed with sautéed shrimp, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and basil in a pesto cream sauce or Chicken Marsala sautéed with a Marsala wine and mushroom sauce, served with green beans and garlic mashed potatoes.  For dessert, guests will indulge in the trio of gelato or sorbetto with the option to choose any three flavors such as pistachio, Italian vanilla, chocolate mousse, strawberry and more.

 

TREVI’s 2012 Restaurant Week™ menu will be available every day during the week except Saturday, Sept. 1.
