Celebrating its 20th anniversary milestone this year, The Forum Shops at Caesars has long been noted for bringing a myriad of culinary “firsts” and “only” to Las Vegas. From the exclusive Las Vegas location of Max Brenner – Chocolate By The Bald Man to the first and only Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab and the first West Coast location of P.J. Clarke’s, The Forum Shops is home to a diverse collection of restaurants and unique eating options. With an array of distinct dining experiences to choose from, there’s something for every food lover at The Forum Shops. This month, Sushi Roku continues to roll out inspired cuisine.

 

SUSHU ROKU OFFERS SOPHISTICATED AND SUPERLATIVE SUSHI
Las Vegas diners who are looking for a fresh, inventive Japanese dining experience should look no further than Sushi Roku Las Vegas inside The Forum Shops at Caesars. Showcasing novel and innovative signature dishes, Sushi Roku combines the finest, freshest fish from pristine waters around the globe with the kind of artistry that can only be provided by a mature sushi chef ensuring superlative traditional sushi, together with a splash of California innovation.

 

Sushi Roku is a pioneer of contemporary sushi, incorporating diverse, non-traditional ingredients from Latin America (e.g. jalapeños) and Europe (e.g. olive oil) into its edible works of art. This unique culinary experience that bridges past and present is the result of an eagerness to embrace new ideas and a profound respect for tradition. Sushi Roku’s bold and diverse menu also offers an array of hot and cold specialty appetizers and an extensive selection of exotic entrées.

 

Signature favorites on the lunch, dinner, and happy hour menus, include Salmon Sashimi Carpaccio with Black Truffle (shaved tableside); Kobe Meatballs in Lettuce Cups with mustard soy truffle sauce; Albacore Tacos “Roku Style”; and the Ume (six-piece) and Matsu (eight-piece) Roku Signature-Style Sushi Creations.

 

Two of the most celebrated dishes on the menu are the Ume and Matsu Signature-Style Sushi plates, featuring six or eight individual pieces of nigiri-style sushi, crafted with accoutrements that complement each fish’s flavor profile. The Ume Signature Style Sushi features Japanese Sea Bream, Scottish Salmon, Japanese Yellowtail, Seared Albacore, Bluefin Tuna, and King Crab. The Matsu Plate includes the Ume selections and the addition of Seared Bluefin Tuna and Santa Barbara Sea Urchin.

 

Sushi Roku continues to highlight innovative, globally-inspired Japanese cuisine.
