Iconic Shopping Center Continues to Introduce High Fashion,
Luxury Brands and Diverse Dining Destinations to Las Vegas

 

Globally recognized as the premier address for luxury retail and distinguished restaurants, The Forum Shops at Caesars continues to lead the way in being home to the world’s most illustrious and sought after brands. The Forum Shops remains an industry leader that has consistently shown strong sales growth year over year. Since January 2013, The Forum Shops has updated its popular animatronic attraction The Atlantis Show, welcomed 15 new tenants and celebrated the remodel and expansion of six others. Looking ahead, The Forum Shops will greet a number of additional new retailers and restaurants in the coming year and will begin a property enhancement project to improve ease of customer access to its third level.

 

New Stores and Restaurants
This past year, a variety of new stores debuted inside the retail destination including world-renowned French jewelry maison Van Cleef & Arpels, REDValentino, Sergio Rossi and L.K. Bennett. Additionally, luxury western retailer Kemo Sabe opened its first location outside of Colorado and unveiled its new boutique. Also opening in 2013, M.Missoni, Sandro and Valentino Accessories. NYC’s legendary family-style Italian eatery Carmine’s opened its first west coast location inside The Forum Shops at Caesars last year.
“Kemo Sabe set its sights on the best of the best,” said owner Nancy Yoder. “It was a lofty goal to become a part of The Forum Shops and we wanted to bring our very hands-on approach to making customers feel our brand of retail experience. We are having a blast meeting new customers and excited to show our customers from Aspen and Vail our new store. Kemo Sabe is excited to show visitors to The Forum Shops a new experience, something they don’t get to experience every day.”

 

Expansions and Remodels
In order to better serve customer needs, another five retailers within the famed center have either expanded or remodeled including; David Yurman, Jimmy Choo, Tod’s, Tory Burch, Pandora and Peter Lik Gallery.

 

“The Forum Shops at Caesars remains the most-desirable shopping destination and the location of choice for new retailers and existing retailers entering the market,” said Vicki Hanor, executive vice president of leasing, Simon Property Group. “A number of tenants continue to invest in their Forum Shops location in order to increase merchandise mix, enhance the customer experience and introduce new concepts.

 

In addition to the expansion and remodeling of stores, The Forum Shops at Caesars is undergoing a property enhancement that improves customer access and increases sight lines from the second level to third level of the shopping center.

New retailers and restaurants for 2014 that are opening soon at The Forum Shops include:

 

Blancpain: Blancpain has been making mechanical watches that set standards of excellence since 1735. A custodian of watchmaking tradition, Blancpain nevertheless seeks to surprise with its spirit of innovation and taste for the provocative.

 

Mulberry: Mulberry brings its beautiful leather products crafted from the most carefully chosen and exquisite natural leathers to The Forum Shops. Each individual bag is the result of highly skilled craftsmanship married with creativity, imagination and innovation. From its home to its most iconic signature pieces, Mulberry is an iconic English luxury brand.

NARS: Founded by make-up artist and photographer François Nars, the cosmetics and skin care company will open inside The Forum Shops offering a complete line of the popular make up and skincare collections.

 

Polo Ralph Lauren: The iconic American designer Ralph Lauren brings the corporation’s flagship brand to The Forum Shops at Caesars.

 

Border Grill: Border Grill Chef/Owners Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger, of Bravo’s “Top Chef Masters” and Food Network’s “Too Hot Tamales,” will be offering their critically acclaimed, modern Mexican cuisine in a visually stunning new restaurant slated to open on the first level of The Forum Shops at Caesars this summer.
