MAGICAL MEMORIES DIMENSIONS ART GALLERY MARKS GRAND OPENING SEPT. 21 – 23 WITH SPECIAL GUEST ARTISTS, FREE CLASSES, MEET AND GREETS AND MORE – ALL BENEFITING THE ANIMAL FOUNDATION
Special guests including original Beauty and the Beast voice cast member and artist Paige O’Hara, artist Cris Woloszak, illustrator and author John Ramirez, artist Manny Hernandez and more celebrate opening of second gallery at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace
The public is invited to a three-day celebration marking the official grand opening of Magical Memories Dimensions at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace September 21 – 23. Complementing the works of nearby flagship gallery Magical Memories featuring Disney Fine Art, Magical Memories Dimensions showcases original 3D works by a variety of artists. For its multi-day grand opening, the visual art venue presents a public celebration featuring guest artists, live art demonstrations, free drawing classes, giveaways and more. Throughout the course of the weekend, a portion of sales will benefit The Animal Foundation.
Fans of all ages are invited to meet original Beauty and the Beast voice cast member and artist Paige O’Hara (voice of Belle), artists Cris Woloszak and Manuel Hernandez and artist/author John Ramirez, who will all be appearing throughout the weekend at multiple times.
The celebration begins Friday, Sept 21 with a Grand Opening party from 6 – 9 p.m., benefiting The Animal Foundation and including a drawing for a chance to win the canine-inspired artwork “Disney Dogs” by Tim Rogerson. On Saturday, Sept 22, learn to draw cartoon characters with John Ramirez and enjoy live paintings and signings with Paige O’Hara, Cris Woloszak and Manuel Hernandez. The weekend festivities conclude on Sunday, Sept 23 with another free cartoon character drawing class by John Ramirez and more live painting demonstrations.
While Magical Memories featuring Disney Fine Art brings the beloved stories and characters to life for families and fans of all ages through innovative art products and experiences, Magical Memories Dimensions extends the art offerings beyond Disney and includes stunning three-dimensional artworks by a variety of artists including; the candy color concepts of various sharks, rays, and fish constructed out of fiberglass by Cris Woloszak; the sharp, geometric forms of acrylic on canvas by Tom Matousek and the Steampunk Steel feel of works by Krystiano DaCosta – to name a few.
Located steps away from Magical Memories featuring Disney Fine Art, Magical Memories Dimensions is also located on the Terrace Level of The Forum Shops near the top of the iconic spiral escalator and near the top of the Neptune escalator, Magical Memories Dimensions is now open.
