Baby it’s cold outside, and Therapy restaurant, located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas, is warming up the winter season with new dishes and cocktails, available now.

 

Exclusive to the lunch menu, new selections include the chicken fried chicken sub layered with a buttermilk battered crispy chicken breast and scallion mayo slaw, served with truffle fries, priced at $14; and steak frites, a 6-ounce certified Angus flat iron steak served with crispy fries, priced at $15.

 

New dinner selections include a spinach & bacon salad, made with smoked beets, crispy bacon, spinach, pear and candied pecans, topped with bacon vinaigrette, priced at $10; vegetable flambee, a variety of seasonal vegetables and farmers cheese, garnished with arugula, priced at $15; The Tail, a flatbread layered with oxtail, goat cheese, caramelized onions, jalapeño and fried onion strings, priced at $17; The Chick, a 10-ounce roasted chicken breast served with sweet potato mash, broccolini and sweet chili mole, priced at $24; filet mignon, an espresso-crusted 8-ounce tenderloin, served with crispy marble potatoes and Smoke Wagon huckleberry jus, priced at $34; farro risotto, made with butternut squash, Grana Padano cheese and cardamom creme, priced at $19; and fish du jour, a dish that will vary in price depending on the chef’s daily selection. Available for both lunch and dinner, Therapy’s newest dessert is pot de crème, chocolate custard topped with raspberry and orange ash tuile, priced at $10.

New seasonal cocktails include Fall into the Glass, made with bourbon, apple brandy, Cointreau, apple cider and pure maple syrup, topped with cinnamon and garnished with an orange twist, priced at $13; a Chocolate Old Fashioned, made with bourbon, chocolate bitters and organic agave, priced at $12; Cunnigham Fizz, mixed with gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, green Chartreuse and rosemary egg whites, priced at $13; and Fuego, with tequila, jalapeños, Tajin seasoning, pineapple juice, basil and lemon juice, priced at $12.
