Therapy Restaurant Transitions Ownership Ahead of New Year
Therapy restaurant, located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas at 518 E. Fremont St., has been acquired by budding entrepreneur, Chris Morganelli, who will assume operations on Wednesday, Dec. 19.
Current owners of Therapy, The Sig Rogich Family and Jared Weiss of Motion Corp Real Estate, opened the American gastro-style pub in June of 2015. Since opening, Therapy has received national recognition for its one-of-a-kind dishes and unique libations, including the red velvet chicken waffle sliders and signature Therapy Smoke Wagon Whiskey, from the Travel Channel, USA Today, The Daily Meal and others.
“Owning Therapy has been tremendously rewarding,” said Weiss, who developed the popular downtown Las Vegas restaurant with The Sig Rogich Family. “Downtown Las Vegas has evolved so much in the past few years and we’ve enjoyed growing with the vibrant dining scene.”
Morganelli, the founder and former CEO of Capitola Healing Association in Santa Cruz, Calif., was drawn to Therapy’s inventive cuisine and Downtown Las Vegas’ ever expanding popularity. “Therapy is a fabulous restaurant and bar with an unbeatable location in Downtown Las Vegas,” said Morganelli. “I am excited to be a part of the restaurant’s next chapter and look forward to continuing to offer the exceptional cocktails, cuisine and service that Therapy has become known for.”
