‘Tis the Season to Celebrate at La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway
To continue the tradition of family and feasts during the holiday season, Morton Group’s La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will celebrate Christmas with a flavorful and festive dinner, available on Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Wednesday, Dec. 25.
Prepared by Executive Chef William DeMarco, the holiday’s featured dish is roasted turbot, served with caviar butter, mushrooms, cauliflower and potato, priced at $24. A recommended wine pairing for the meal is the Les Tourelles del la Crée, Chardonnay, Montagany, 1er Cru, Burgundy, France 2017, priced at $19.
