Triple George Grill to Offer Prix Fixe Valentine’s Day Menu
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 14, BEGINNING AT 4 P.M.
Triple George Grill celebrates Valentine’s Day with a prix fixe menu featuring four courses of romance inspired dishes, priced at $99 per couple. The menu will be served on Sunday, February 14, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The menu begins with a choice of Bisque De Amor, a lobster bisque with lobster meat and lemon crème or a Cupid’s Pear Salad with grapes, candied walnuts, Asian pear, blue cheese, mixed greens and a lemon vinaigrette.
The second course offers a choice of Courtship of Tuna Tartare with diced tuna, mango, siracha and wonton strips or Be Mine Rockefeller featuring Kushi oysters, spinach, bacon, Béarnaise sauce and pernod.
The third course, to be shared, includes the choice between the Main Squeeze, a 28 oz. Porter House served with mashed potatoes, asparagus and Foie Gras butter, Bow n Arrow seared scallops served on a bed of cream of corn, pork belly and tomato jam or Love Bird a roasted cornish hen complemented with fingerling potatoes, broccolini and truffle butter.
The fourth course is a choice between XXX featuring chocolate covered strawberries, lava cake and vanilla ice cream or Climax, a red velvet cake served with raspberries and Desiree chocolate dessert wine.
The drink special for the night is the Beso Beso specialty martini, priced at $12, made with white Godiva chocolate liqueur, black cherry and vanilla vodka and white and dark chocolate garnish.
The full a la carte menu, with Triple George Grill’s classics, will also be offered.
