WHAT: Tune in to see new artist and songwriter Julia Michaels and musician Pete Wentz as they help dick clark productions and ABC announce the nominees for the “2017 Billboard Music Awards,” live on “Good Morning America” on Monday, April 10 during the 8:00AM hour. Pete and Julia will announce 5 categories live on-air in the 8am hour. Following the east coast broadcast, 43 more categories will be announced on Billboard Music Awards social channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram). The final 4 categories will be exclusively announced on Billboard.com to close out the 2017 Billboard Music Awards nominations announcement.
The “2017 Billboard Music Awards” are set to return to ABC and will be broadcast live from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 21 at 8:00pm ET/PT. The show will showcase this year’s hottest and biggest music stars.
