Union Village Retains The PENTA Building Group

As The Project’s General Contractor

Union Village  has retained The PENTA Building Group to serve as the project’s general contractor.

The PENTA Building Group, a nationally recognized contractor, headquartered in Las Vegas, will serve as the general contractor for Union Village. PENTA’s scope includes the long term acute care building, the skilled nursing facility, retail core and shell, parking structures, along with site infrastructure and landscape.

“PENTA’s strong local presence with the subcontracting community will add value to this project,” remarked David Kruljac, Director of Business Development for PENTA. “PENTA has extensive experience with large ground-up construction, challenging site logistics and infrastructure coordination.  More importantly, we’re excited to be a part of Union Village and understand the importance of this facility and what it means for our community and the state of Nevada.”

“PENTA’s extensive experience makes them an ideal partner,” stated Union Village Founder David Micheal, who oversees the project’s development and construction. “But the real reason we chose them is because of their people.  Their people are simply outstanding.  A project of this scope and complexity will certainly have its challenges, but with great people like the folks at PENTA we know the challenges will be turned into opportunities for solutions and we have already witnessed that first hand.  The addition of PENTA to our highly qualified team of the foremost planners, designers, developers, builders and asset managers helps ensure the successful construction of the first integrated Health Village in the world.”

PENTA has worked on a number of high-profile projects in Las Vegas, including Encore Beach Club, Aliante Station Casino, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Headquarters, World Market Center Building C, the UNLV Student Union Building and more.  For more information, visit pentabldggroup.com.
