We’re thrilled to announce that ¡VIVA!, located at Resorts World Las Vegas, will launch brunch this Saturday, September 4, just in time for a festive holiday weekend! Brunch will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In celebration of Labor Day weekend, and on select weekends to follow, brunch will also feature live DJ sets, with this weekend’s entertainment to include DJ EstoVega and DJ Yo Yolie.
The menu, created by critically acclaimed chef Ray Garcia, features Chef’s iterations and ingredient elevations on Mexican brunch classics, like the Chilaquiles, made with housemade tortilla chips using Masienda heirloom corn, ground in-house. For those ready to enjoy a boozy brunch, specialty cocktails from Mixologist Michael Monrreal perfectly compliment the cuisine, with options like the Bottomless Sangria (roja or blanca), ¡VIVA! margarita flight, and Bloody Maria.
Guests can enjoy the brunch menu in any of the restaurant’s festive, design forward spaces, including the main dining room, bar and lounge area, and the newly completed outdoor patio, which was inspired by the famed mezcal bars of Oaxaca and offers stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip.
