Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio Welcomes New Executive Chef Mark Andelbradt




Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio is pleased to announce Chef Mark Andelbradt as its new Executive Chef. Andelbradt joins the restaurant inside The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Las Vegas with more than 18 years of international culinary experience in prominent kitchens in countries such as Asia, Europe and North America.

“We are excited to welcome Mark to our family,” said Wolfgang Puck. “Mark brings a wealth of knowledge in contemporary, global cuisine to Postrio. His culinary craft emphasizes quality, value and a commitment to fresh ingredients. Mark will help to elevate the kitchen and also the way guests experience Postrio.”

A Chicago native, Andelbradt grew up in a large household where he developed a passion for cooking at a young age. After graduating from Kendall College in Evanston, IL, in 1995 with a B.A. in Hospitality Management, he traveled to Hong Kong and Italy to further develop and refine his cooking techniques. From there, he arrived stateside and rose to high positions through various prestigious kitchens including Brasserie T and Tru in Chicago with Rick Tramonto and Gale Gand; Daniel in New York with Daniel Boulud; Morimoto in both Philadelphia and New York with “Iron Chef” Masaharu Morimoto; and Tao Las Vegas.

“I’m honored to be a part of the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group team,” said Andelbradt. “To represent such an influential and world-renowned brand is both challenging and exciting. I’m looking forward to adding my influences to Postrio’s menu and introduce new flavors to our guests.”
