WORLD’S LARGEST AERIAL TOUR OPERATOR,
GRAND CANYON SCENIC AIRLINES, LAUNCHES THREE NEW LANGUAGE SITES

Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines (GCSA), the world’s largest and most experienced aerial tour operator, has launched three new language sites for www.scenic.com: Japanese, Mandarin and Korean. GCSA is the only aerial tour operator to offer multilingual options for tours from Las Vegas, Grand Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon West and Page, Arizona.

“With nearly 43 million visitors coming to Las Vegas in 2016, nearly 20 percent of those travelers being international, the ability to capture prospective travelers through their native language, is imperative,” says Robert Graff, corporate vice president of marketing and international sales, Papillon Group, GCSA’s parent company.

In 2017, nearly 85 percent of GCSA visitors were international with approximately five percent from Japan, approximately 18 percent from China and approximately 12 percent from Korea.

Providing international travelers with the option to navigate and process bookings on the GCSA website in their native language broadens the brands’ international awareness, increases the ability to capture new users and an opportunity to build stronger relationships.
