Yesterday (Monday, May 22) Hakkasan Group hosted its first ever Charity Golf Tournament at the Spanish Trails Golf Course. As an extension of the renowned hospitality group’s Hakkasan Gives Back initiatives, the company partnered with the Keep Memory Alive Organization supporting the mission of Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health and raised $50,000 for the local organization.

Kicking off at 9:30 a.m., over 200 guests headed to the destination for a day filled with golf and fun, all to benefit a truly important cause. Around 10:00 a.m. Nick McCabe, CEO of Hakkasan Group, joined Keep Memory Alive Co-Founder and Chairman Larry Ruvo to present him with a commemorative check for the organization.

“We are incredibly grateful to have the support of Hakkasan Group and cannot thank them enough for choosing Keep Memory Alive as the benefactor of the inaugural Charity Golf Tournament,” said Anna Robins, Senior Director at Keep Memory Alive. “The funds from this generous donation will be used to advance the important work of the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health as we continue our mission to eradicate brain disease and support the patients and family members of those who suffer from them.”

As the day went on, participants enjoyed their time golfing on the stunning 18-hole course, where surprises were waiting at each stop hosted by local sponsors offering delectable cocktails, giveaways, and additional contests with chances to win prizes including a hole-in-one car giveaway by Earnhardt Buick GMC, Monster Drive Hole contest with Monster Electronics Package and Putter giveaway, Closest to Pin Contest with Bellagio Stay Package, and much more.

“Hakkasan Gives Back is an initiative that we take great pride in, and we’re extremely proud to be able to bring our company together to support our community in a variety of ways,” said Nick McCabe, CEO of Hakkasan Group. “The level of participation we received from local partners and clients was astounding, and we are delighted to be able to support such a wonderful cause.”

The day was a result of true community and Hakkasan Group would like to thank all of the sponsors for their contributions in hosting such a rewarding event.
