PT’s Taverns will celebrate National Pizza Day with discounted personal pizzas on Sunday, Feb. 9.

 

All 64 locations in the Las Vegas Valley, including PT’s Pub, PT’s Gold, PT’s Ranch, PT’s Brewing Company, Sean Patrick’s, Sierra Gold and SG Bar, will offer $5 personal pizzas with the choice of classic cheese, the Meat Feast, topped with pepperoni, Italian sausage, and bacon, or the Gilroy, made with zesty garlic ranch, pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes.

 

Pizza lovers may also enjoy specials from PT’s award-winning happy hour menu, with extended hours throughout February. Available daily from 5 to 8 p.m. and midnight to 2 a.m., PT’s Happy Hour offers a 50 percent discount all regular pizzas, drinks including wines by the glass, premium spirits and all craft and import beer, which includes PT’s own craft brews and guest favorites like Michelob Ultra and Bud Light.

Top of the World restaurant will offer a four-course meal in its rotating dining room, located more than 800 feet high. The romantic four-course dinner, created by Executive Chef Robert Lomeli, begins with a Panzanella crostini, a baguette crostini served with marinated heirloom cherry tomato and Boquerón; followed by a choice between a baby gem wedge salad served with heirloom cherry tomatoes; or roasted corn soup made with Brentwood corn, king crab and piment d’Espelette. The main course includes a choice between roasted branzino, served with zucchini squash relish and chimichurri; or truffle-crusted filet, a 10-ounce Harris Ranch tenderloin served with crispy fingerling potatoes and cabernet and rosemary jus. Reimagined tailgate fare, prepared by Executive Chef William DeMarco, will be served butler-style throughout the game. Dishes will include meatballs covered in bourbon barbeque sauce; crispy fish tacos; mini chicken gyros topped with tzatziki and pear chutney; short rib tacos; chicken wings prepared with Frank’s RedHot buffalo sauce; angus mini burgers topped with mushroom duxelle and chipotle aioli; white cheddar popcorn; Ahi tuna poke with avocado, cilantro and spicy mayo; chicken flatbread prepared with sweet chili, garlic aioli and red onion; tomato mozzarella flatbread with capers and basil oil; loaded tater tots topped with sour cream, bacon and brown gravy; bacon wrapped dates with bleu cheese fondue; shaved Mexican street corn; heirloom tomato salad; and  macaroni and cheese made with hatch green chilies.  True Food Kitchen, the award-winning, seasonally inspired restaurant and bar that has pioneered health-driven dining, will open its first restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip on Wednesday, Feb. 12 at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. This date will also mark the debut of the brand’s first ever True Bar, the standalone scratch-bar concept featuring freshly pressed juices, organic teas and natural refreshers, such as the Honeydew Cooler, the Hangover Rx and Kale Aid, as well as a seasonal lineup of handcrafted cocktails, wine and beer.

True Food Kitchen’s healthful, flavor-forward menu will rotate seasonally to allow guests to experience produce at the peak of its freshness and flavor. The Forum Shops location will open with separate lunch, dinner and weekend brunch menus featuring a variety of crave-able, seasonal dishes like the new Winter Immunity bowl, Creamy Tomato Fennel Soup, Fig & Gorgonzola Flatbread, and Edamame Guacamole. The first-of-its-kind True Bar will sit adjacent to the restaurant offering the full dining & beverage menu featuring selections for detox—and retox—True Bar will “float” above The Forum Shops’ existing, opulent Reflecting Pool, nestled beneath the iconic, freestanding spiral escalator. Natural elements adorn True Bar, which offers stylish lounge seating for up to 66 guests and reception groups up to 94. The restaurant features several group dining options, each providing a beautiful setting for a variety of unique private events.   • Through the restaurant’s entrance and main dining room’s striking, suspended “Be True” wire sculpture is The Garden of Eden private dining room. The larger of the two private dining rooms, this space accommodates 28 seated guests and 50 reception-style in 730 square feet featuring mod, garden-inspired décor that can be partitioned into two smaller rooms for intimate gatherings. This ultimate horticulturalist hideout features hanging ferns and tumbling philodendrons, flanked by industrial décor and exposed ducts.
  • Planted firmly inside the restaurant, The Greenhouse is a leafy-yet-edgy private dining hideaway. The 389 square-foot, vibrantly styled retreat features marble tables and green banquettes with mod-imalist seating and lush vegetation décor for 28 seated guests or up to 50 reception-style. 
  • The Terrace offers 998 square feet of event space seating up to 31 guests and 50 guests reception-style for any type of event or meeting. This indoor patio with views of The Forum Shops’ reflecting pool and spiral escalator is located at the front of the restaurant and is designed to offer an al fresco-inspired dining experience with butcher block tables and comfortable seating.

For more than a century the Aurora restaurant and pizzeria has been a celebrity and VIP favorite. Owned by the D’Alessio family, the restaurant gained widespread international acclaim, including features in Gourmet and Wine Spectator magazines, for its excellent Mediterranean cuisine, traditional Neapolitan and Caprese specialties, trademarked Pizza all’Acqua and exquisite wine selection. Available to diners at Terra Rossa a-la-carte or as a prix-fixe tasting menu (priced at $60 per person / $85 per person with wine pairings, excludes tax and gratuity) featured dishes during this special event include starters such as traditional chilled gazpacho, hearty pasta e fagioli, grilled octopus paired with green beans and potatoes, and lobster salad with raw vegetables and oil of olive and lemon. A selection of homemade pasta dishes like linguini with lobster and fresh tomatoes, gnocchi with pesto, baked meat cannelloni and many more will also be served. Diners may also enjoy a selection of fresh Caprese fish, including a filet in potato crust with spinach soute and traditional grilled Branzino with vegetables. Pancho’s will broadcast the big game throughout the expansive cantina on each of its numerous eighty-inch, high definition televisions.
