- Hazel’s Spring Birthday Bash Omni La Costa’s invites friends to kick off Spring Break season with the resort’s lovable resident hummingbird, Hazel, who is turning one! Celebrate and help commemorate everyone’s favorite mascot in a spring-themed garden party. Party goers will also be the first to hear about the new Little Sprouts Kids Program.

- The Test Kitchen Series: The chefs at Omni La Costa invite guests to an exclusive “preVUE” of what’s inspiring the next menu. Patrons can explore new flavors, directly share feedback and have the opportunity to influence upcoming menus. With an ever-changing lineup of 6-8 dishes in development, Executive Chef John Beriker and the team will interact and transform exciting ideas into memorable meals. With seating open to only 10 guests per event, the Test Kitchen Series creates an intimate, family-style dining experience.
