CARNEVALE NIGHTS WITH POOLSIDE PERFORMANCES
Renowned dance/R&B artist CeCe Peniston and pop/R&B icon Jody Watley will perform
WHAT: Azure at The Palazzo Las Vegas brings the magic and intrigue of Carnevale poolside with Carnevale Nights every Saturday from 9 p.m.-midnight starting Saturday, June 9. Renowned dance/R&B artist CeCe Peniston and pop/R&B icon Jody Watley will perform intimate poolside concerts while guests sip on Carnevale-inspired cocktails and dance the night away.
CeCe Peniston has dominated the U.S. and international dance charts for more than 20 years. After releasing internationally acclaimed records “Finally” and “We Got A Love Thang,” Peniston is undoubtedly one of the greatest female dance music superstars. With the recent release of her new single “Celebrate,” Peniston performed for more than 300,000 attendees at the 2012 Electric Daisy Carnival – New York (EDC-NY) and will continue her reign at EDC-Las Vegas in June.
Jody Watley is a Grammy Award-winning artist and pioneer in music, video, dance and fashion. Widely regarded as one of pop and R&B’s most enduring icons, Watley was an original member of the group Shalamar. With 32 top 10 singles in pop, R&B and dance/electronic genres spanning three decades, she has sold more than 50 million albums and singles worldwide and remains one of MTV’s most nominated female artists of all time for her video “Real Love.” Other top hits include “Don’t You Want Me,” “Looking for a New Love”, “Friends” and “A Night to Remember.”
Admission to Carnevale Nights is free and daybed/cabana reservations are available to rent with food and beverage minimums. Guests wearing a masquerade mask will receive a complimentary cocktail.
