SPICE UP YOUR LIFE AND TASTEBUDS THIS MONTH AT LA SALSA CANTINA INSIDE THE FORUM SHOPS: Celebrate the month of May in honor of Cinco de Mayo or Mother’s Day at La Salsa Cantina inside The Forum Shops at Caesars. For Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 8, La Salsa will be offering mothers a free entrée and dessert with the purchase of a regular entrée and two beverages (non-alcoholic). What’s more, all 16 oz alcoholic beverages will be two-for-one.
Well-known for using fresh ingredients and serving up delicious soft tacos and giant burritos, La Salsa has grown into a fresh-mex favorite by taking time honored, traditional recipes from all over Mexico and updating them. La Salsa puts a garden-fresh and delicious twist on favorites like tacos, burritos, salads, taquitos and quesadillas by using only quality ingredients and innovative preparation to bring the bold tastes and flavors of Mexico to life.

The Cheesecake Factory
For more than 30 years The Cheesecake Factory has served more than just delicious food and cheesecakes, they helped their guests share lasting memories with family and friends. The Cheesecake Factory menu boasts more than 200 menu selections made fresh from scratch each day.

Il Mulino New York
Il Mulino New York brings traditional dishes from the mountainous region of Abruzzo, Italy to Las Vegas Boulevard. Located in the Forum Shops at Caesars, Il Mulino New York combines one-of-a-kind fare and exemplary service with the only dining balcony in Vegas that has a dazzlingly unobstructed view of the Strip. Highly rated in the Zagat Survey 2011 New York City Restaurants, patrons have described Il Mulino dining as “voluminous” and “voluptuous,” a restaurant where “stunning meals begin with a bounty of freebies served by a marvelous staff.”

Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab
Joe’s serves freshly cracked Florida stone crab claws with its signature creamy mustard sauce; the menu also showcases fresh seafood flown in daily from around the world, including seasonal specialties such as Madagascar shrimp, Nantucket Cape scallops and fresh Alaskan king crab and Copper River salmon. A meal at Joe’s would not be complete without a slice of its world-famous signature key lime pie.

La Salsa Cantina

Max Brenner, Chocolate by The Bald Man
Chocolate is not just about taste; it also represents romance, sensuality and decadence. A worldwide phenomenon with a menu primarily made from chocolate, the brand new Max Brenner, Chocolate by the Bald Man recently debuted. Perfectly situated across from what will be North America’s largest H&M this winter, Max Brenner at The Forum Shops also holds the distinction of being the largest with two levels consisting of 9,400 square feet.

After 125 years, New York’s most spirited bar and eatery, P.J. Clarke’s opens its first West Coast location at The Forum Shops at Caesars. A landmark watering hole in the Big Apple, the eatery and saloon has been known for decades for its ambience and the high quality of the food served simply. Featuring timeless American fare, classic burgers, and bourbon, expect a raw bar with shrimp, lobster, oysters and Long Island clams on the half shell, chicken pot pie, fish and chips, baked macaroni and cheese with peas and bacon and Mile High Shrimp sandwiches. And of course, Meyer beef from Montana’s Blackfoot River Valley, P.J. Clarke’s only supplier for its steaks and famous hamburgers.
