Since the remodel, N9NE has attracted numerous celebrities to experience the steakhouse’s alluring vibe and top-notch cuisine including Matthew Perry, Robin Thicke, Paula Patton, Brody Jenner, Holly Madison, Floyd Mayweather and Pharrell Williams. As part of the $50 million renovation at Palms, N9NE’s remodel features stylish new décor, elegant draperies, sleek private dining areas and the introduction of the Center Table, a semi-private dining experience with prime location in the heart of the restaurant. The revamped venue also offers guests a selection of new menu additions created by Executive Chef Barry S. Dakake which complement N9NE’s signature dishes that have made the steakhouse famous.

“We are delighted to introduce a creative new menu and serve our guests in a stylish and vibrant space with an unmatched scene,” said Dakake, who has been leading the kitchen since opening in 2001. “Over the years, N9NE has become known for outstanding quality and service. With our recent additions, we intend to continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our guests.”

Sexy and modern, N9NE Steakhouse is adorned with exquisite fabrics, delicate draperies and soft lighting in a bustling, high-energy environment. N9NE also introduces new dessert and beverage selections including hand-crafted barrel-aged cocktails. Created by N9NE mixologists, signature cocktails include whiskey based libations like the Rock & Rye made with Hochstetler’s Slow & Low, served over an ice sphere in a sherry rinsed whiskey glass, or the Fig Infused Manhattan, a flavorful adaptation of the classic made with Wild Turkey rye, Cinzano vermouth, black walnut bitters and fresh figs. Grammy Award-winning singer Miguel hosted New Year’s Eve at TAO where he was joined by girlfriend Nazanin Mandi as well as family members and friends. Miguel’s group fueled up for the night with dinner in the restaurant’s private dining room with a special menu prepared by the chef. The R&B sensation then made his way to the DJ booth on the lower level of TAO where he hopped on the mic and wished the crowd, “…an amazing night you won’t remember and a 2014 you won’t forget,” before taking center stage for the countdown in the main room of the nightclub. As the clock winded down to the final moments of the year, Miguel hopped on stage with a bottle of Champagne in hand and sang along to the sounds of DJ Politik. He led partygoers in a countdown to midnight before sharing his New Year’s kiss with girlfriend Nazanin amongst confetti showers and cheers. He then kicked the year off with a medley of his hit songs including “Sure Thing,” “How Many Drinks?” “Adorn,” and “Power Trip.” After his performance, he settled into a VIP skybox that overlooked the entire club and enjoyed the rest of the night surrounded by family and friends.

Photos: Hakkasan Las Vegas Welcomes Floyd Mayweather and Damon & Marlon Wayans – Friday, July 26

Last night, Friday July 26, Floyd Mayweather, boxing’s reigning pound for pound king, celebrated his friend’s birthday dining at Hakkasan Las Vegas inside MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Mayweather arrived to the restaurant with a group of 40 friends just after 9 p.m. and dined on Hakkasan signature items such as the Stir-fry black pepper beef ribeye with merlot, Mongolian style beef tenderloin, Hakka steamed dim sum platter and more. Leaving his tough exterior in the ring, Mayweather was instead seen in high spirits, laughing and talking with the group, while toasting to the birthday with glasses of champagne.

Also spotted at Hakkasan Nightclub last night were actors and comedians Damon and Marlon Wayans, who were celebrating Marlon’s birthday with a group of five friends in the Ling Ling Club. Arriving around 12:30 a.m., the group was seen taking shots, dancing to the music and inviting a few lucky ladies to join them at their table. Clearly in a very celebratory mood, Marlon hopped on the mic and announced his birthday, as well as his stand-up performance the following night. Towards the end of the evening, clubgoers cheered as a cake was brought out to Marlon’s table, complete with confetti and Hakkasan light batons. Damon, Marlon and friends continued to sip cocktails throughout the night before making their way out of the nightlife mecca around 2:30 a.m.

Meanwhile, upstairs in Hakkasan’s main room, clubgoers danced late into the night to the hits of resident DJ deadmau5 and his two new signature mau5bots.

Photos: LeBron James Championship Party at TAO; Elizabeth Hurley at LAVO

Saturday night, LeBron James took over TAO Nightclub and hosted a Heat Repeat Championship party in celebration of his recent back-to-back victory. Donning a leather Miami Heat cap, James fueled up for the night at TAO Asian Bistro and was accompanied by a large group of friends including NBA players Damon Jones and Juwan Howard. The group enjoyed signatures off of the menu and James put in a special order of Blackened Salmon with asparagus to the chef before heading up to the nightclub.

Shortly after midnight, DJ Vice announced the NBA superstar’s arrival as the room shifted its attention to James’ VIP tables on the dance floor. The group was bombarded with a flurry of flashes and cheers as fans welcomed them to TAO. James jumped on the mic to greet the crowd and stood on top of his booth where he was joined by boxer and friend Floyd Mayweather. While shouting out Mayweather to the club, he announced that Floyd should only be called “Money Mayweather” and he should only be referred to as “King James.” TAO then surprised the two-time champ with a giant presentation including confetti showers and a parade of lights that escorted a chariot holding a pair of gold painted ladies through the crowd as well as an intricate cake shaped as two championship rings designed by Gimme Some Sugar. The party continued to the sounds of DJ Vice while James led the charge late into the night.

Other athletes spotted at TAO Nightclub on Saturday include NFL players Adrian Wilson, Leon McFadden, Dimitri Patterson and Karlos Dansby who all partied at separate VIP tables throughout the club scene.

At LAVO Italian Restaurant, actress Elizabeth Hurley enjoyed dinner for the second night in a row. Hurley first dined with her beau on Friday and loved it so much that she brought her friends in on Saturday as well.
