Who said you can’t have the best of both worlds? Thick & Thin Treat Bar – a unique blend between a juice bar and ice cream parlor from AYYA Hospitality Group – is now open in Southern Highlands.
Whether a guest is seeking to hit their nutrition goals or is in the mood for a treat, Thick & Thin’s menu boasts a variety of options. The wellness side of the menu provides guests with a range of smoothies, smoothie bowls, fresh-pressed juices, wellness shots and protein shakes. On the indulgent side, Thick & Thin houses an array of signature milkshakes as well as the ability for guests to make their own ice cream-based creations, enhanced with everything from cereal to candy or a variety of sauces. Thick and Thin also offers a range of specialty espresso beverages.

- Made-to-Order Pressed Juices: Thick & Thin’s pressed juice menu includes signature blends or the option to create your own. Menu highlights includes Apple Elixir, crafted with apple, cucumber, pineapple, basil and ginger; Green Goddess, comprised of cucumber, celery, apple and pineapple; the Immune Booster, made with orange, apple, ginger and lemon; the Kale Kickstarter, handcrafted with orange, strawberry and kale; and the Melon Beat, blended with watermelon, cucumber, beat, carrot lemon, turmeric and parsley; and more.
- Smoothies: Thick & Thin offers a plethora of smoothies including the Apple Breeze, featuring mango, peach, kale, mint and apple juice; the Choco Berry, mixed with strawberry, pineapple, coconut milk, chocolate chips and agave; the Gummy Bear, combined with mango, lemon sherbet, orange sherbet, raspberry sherbet, peach juice, apple juice and milk; Pink Starburst, incorporated with strawberry, raspberry sherbet, frozen yogurt, lemonade and milk; and more.
- Wellness Shots: The concept offers six wellness shot options including the TNT Shot, made with ginger, lemon and cayenne pepper; the Vitality Boost, crafted with turmeric, coconut water, lemon and black pepper; The ACV, comprised of apple cider vinegar, ginger and pineapple; and others.
- Protein Shakes: Thick & Thin has a variety of protein shakes including the Berry Blaster, handmade with whey protein, frozen yogurt, milk, blueberry and strawberry; Cookies and Cream, blended with whey protein, frozen yogurt, milk and cookies with a sweet cream filling; PB & Jelly, crafted with whey protein, frozen yogurt, milk, peanut butter and strawberry; Piña Colada, a combination of whey protein, pineapple juice, pineapple, banana and coconut; and many more.
- Smoothie Bowls: The menu features two smoothie bowl options, including the TNT Bowl, featuring acai, milk, blueberry, strawberry, banana and agave; and the Paradise Bowl, combined with acai, milk, blueberry, strawberry, banana, pineapple, coconut and honey.

- Signature Ice Cream Treats & Milkshakes : Some of Thick and Thin’s signature desserts – available as a milkshake or a treat bowl – include Toast N’ Toffee, made of vanilla ice cream, cinnamon cereal, colorful fruit cereal, toffee and rainbow sprinkles; the Brown N’ Bomb, mixed with chocolate ice cream, cookie cereal, cocoa cereal, brownie and chocolate sprinkles; Mint N’ Crisp, a combination of vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips, rice krispy treats, peppermint and neon-colored mini candy; the Cap N’ Berry, a blend of vanilla ice cream, breakfast cereal, frosted flake cereal, blueberry and rainbow sprinkles; and more.

- Build Your Own Milkshake: Milkshake options include a vanilla or chocolate base with the option of one mix-in and one topping, with whipped cream.
- Mix-Ins: For any Thick & Thin dessert, guests can add in a variety of cereal; candy; cookies; sprinkles; chocolate chips; and drizzles.
