ANNOUNCES NEW COCKTAIL MENU
1923 Prohibition Bar at Mandalay Bay, the private, hidden and modern speakeasy, announces the launch of its brand-new cocktail menu comprising tempting libations made with specialty bourbons, whiskeys and other hard-to-find spirits.
Available now, new cocktails on the menu include:
Bourbon Cocktails
- Derby Manhattan – Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth, D.O.M. Bénédictine, orange and chocolate bitters
- Bourbon Smash – Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon, fresh lemon juice, honey ginger syrup, seasonal fruit preserves, mint
- Las Vegas Blvdier – Smoke Wagon Las Vegas Bourbon, Campari, sweet vermouth, orange brine
- B.C.P. Milk Punch – Howler Head Banana Bourbon, Frangelico, cream, simple syrup, vanilla extract
- Sour Patch – Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Pamplemousse Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, red wine mist
Specialty Old-Fashioneds
- Cookie Monster – Dough Ball Cookie Dough Whiskey, Frangelico, chocolate bitters, lemon
- Camp Fire – Basil Hayden’s Smoked Bourbon, smoke and chocolate bitters, orange, marshmallow

- Smoking Jacket – Montelobos Mezcal de Joven, Antica Formula Vermouth, creme de cacao, Orange Curaçao, cinnamon-smoked orange wheel
- Gangster’s Paradise – Absinthe, Raspberry di Amore, Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, egg whites
- Mickey’s Mule – Glacier 45 Cucumber Vodka, watermelon purée, fresh lime juice, ginger beer, mint.

1923 Prohibition Bar at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
