Kidney Transplant Donation
Over the years singer/songwriter Annie Meadows has assisted many charities and organizations with fundraising for a wide range of worthy causes.
As part of the release of her newest CD – entitled “Relentless” – and a big free outdoor New CD Release Concert scheduled Saturday, September 22nd – Annie Meadows will also be helping to raise funds for a local woman’s much needed kidney transplant.
“I wanted to do something meaningful for an individual who would greatly benefit from our help with fundraising,” she notes, “and I was looking to find that special someone.”
With that, close friend and associate, Felicity Cunningham – who is a founding member of the Remnant Ministries in Las Vegas – brought Jody Paget to Annie’s attention.
Jody Paget is married to Pastor Bob Paget of the Remnant Ministries Church and together, over 47 years, they have raised 12 children. Today, she is in serious need of a kidney transplant and friends, family and members of her church are joining efforts to raise money to help the Pagets pay for the vast uninsured medical expenses associated with transplant surgery.
Annie Meadows is participating too by donating a portion of every CD sale to this noble cause as well. “I feel honored to be able to sing and to help make a a difference in someone’s life,” she adds.
Fundraising for Jody Paget is being professionally managed by Help HOPE Live organization (formerly NTAF), a leader in fundraising assistance and financial support for anyone dealing with the many challenges related to a transplant or catastrophic injury.
