Marbella’s Executive Chef to Feature Signature Spanish Recipes at Whole Foods Market

Add some spice to your home cooking! Marbella Tapas, Bar and Lounge will host a Spanish Tapas Cooking Demonstration at Whole Foods Market on Charleston Blvd. and Fort Apache Rd. on Thurs., Oct. 25 from 5 – 6: 30 p.m. The event will feature recipes created by Marbella’s Executive Chef, Marco Beltran. Open to the public, the event is free and will take place at the Whole Foods Outdoor Patio.
Marbella Tapas, Bar and Lounge features authentic tapas, or small plates, inspired by the flavors of Spain, South America and the Mediterranean Coast. Chef Marco has selected two mouth-watering dishes for guests to indulge in.
· Shrimp Ceviche made with shrimp, cucumber, jalapeno, cilantro and fresh lemon juice.
· Manchego Mac-n-Cheese is one of the most popular dishes at Marbella. Made with orecchiette pasta, Manchego cheese, Chablis wine, garlic and shaved parmesan reggiano.
