“I wanted to create a menu that is simple and fun, but when it arrives at the table, I want it to have a bit of a wow effect,” he smiles. “People come to Rumor to escape the crowds, unwind after work or relax a bit before they hit the clubs…we designed the menu to fit the experience. From our Short-Rib Breakfast Sliders in the morning to our Fish Tacos at lunch to our Calamari Steak at dinner, I’ve tried to showcase my technique in the flavors, the plating and the presentation. Everything is meant to be shared and enjoyed but I’ve made sure to give a hearty portion. I want people to feel as though they just had a four-star meal for a fraction of the price.”

In addition to enjoying the new menu items being offered inside Addiction, those on the run can now take advantage of Chef Coronado’s Lunch Dine & Dash menu. Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Addiction offers an express lane in dining.
