Restaurants to Feature “AID TO MAUI” Menus During August and September

LAS VEGAS (Aug. 15, 2023) – The restaurants of Silverton Casino have teamed up to raise money for the people of the Hawaiian island of Maui following the state’s worst natural disaster in history.
During the months of August and September, each Silverton Casino restaurant is offering special AID TO MAUI menus. For each meal purchased, Silverton will donate the cash equivalent of 12 meals to the Maui Food Bank, which will be provided to the island community.
According to CBS News, the deadly fires on Hawaii’s Maui Island have destroyed or damaged hundreds of homes, leaving thousands of people needing to turn to emergency shelters.
In addition to the AID TO MAUI menus, Silverton Casino is matching donations made to Maui Food Bank by team members of Silverton Casino. The special “AID TO MAUI” menus are as follows:
SUNDANCE GRILL
· Loco Moco, made with an 8 oz. burger patty, steamed rice, choice of eggs, grilled onions and brown gravy ($15)
· Spam and eggs, made with diced spam, choice of eggs, steamed rice and furikake ($15)
MI CASA GRILL CANTINA
· Shrimp burrito, made with grilled Gulf shrimp, black beans, Spanish rice, grilled onions, roasted corn and guajillo and Oaxaca cheese sauce ($23)
· California burrito, made with grilled steak, fresh guacamole, French fries, black beans, pico de gallo, Oaxaca and asadero cheese ($19)
SU CASA SUSHI BAR
· “Maui” spicy tuna poke roll, made with tempura soft shell crab, cucumber, avocado and wakame, topped with spicy tuna poke, furikake, tempura crunch, yuzu aioli and sweet soy glaze ($20)
