Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower Announces
World Debut of PIN UP™ on February 25
Featuring Starlet Claire Sinclair, PLAYBOY’s 2011 Playmate of the Year®

A fresh new curve on the timeless glamour of the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s is coming to Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower with the world debut of PIN UP, an original show inspired by the famous pin up girl calendars starring PLAYBOY’s 2011 Playmate of the Year® and Bettie Page Clothing model, Claire Sinclair.

PIN UP will premiere at Stratosphere Theater on Monday, February 25, 2013, with a red carpet event at 10 p.m., followed by an 11 p.m. show.   After opening night, PIN UP will start at 10:30 p.m. on performance nights.

“This show brings the classic pin up girl calendar to life month by month through incredible live music, dance and variety,” said 21-year old Sinclair.  “The cast and crew at Stratosphere are amazingly creative and talented.  PIN UP is classy, sexy and most importantly, fun.”

Featuring an impressive cast of dancers, singers and a live six-piece band with a horn section, PIN UP is a fast-paced, swingin’ production that will transport audiences to a modern version of a vintage era where red lips, corsets and garter stockings grace the most beautiful of women.

Famous for her curvy figure and sumptuous smile, Sinclair won worldwide fame on the pages of the iconic PLAYBOY® magazine, first as Miss October in 2010 and later as PLAYBOY’s 2011 Playmate of the Year®.  She has been featured on E!’s hit reality television shows The Bunny House and Holly’s World, and was a special guest performer for Crazy Horse Paris in 2010 and 2011.   Sinclair also starred in a commercial for Bettie Page Clothing as well as making numerous appearances across the country on the clothing company’s behalf.

Critically acclaimed Stratosphere headliner Frankie Moreno is co-producer of the new show, created the concept and scored a high-energy collection of swingin’ music for PIN UP, which includes his contemporary twist on nostalgic covers plus several new originals.  Moreno was named “Best All-Around Performer” by the Las Vegas Review Journal’s Best of Las Vegas in 2012, and “Best Strip Headliner” by Las Vegas Weekly.   Moreno recently wowed the nation with his stellar performance on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars.

Lacey Schwimmer of ABC’s Dancing With The Stars fame choreographed the dance sequences featuring a wide variety of dance styles weaved through the production’s month-by-month vignettes, taking the audience on a visual and emotional journey of the calendar year.  The show will feature four gorgeous female dancers and one talented male dancer.

“First with Frankie Moreno and now with PIN UP, Stratosphere is establishing itself as the home for exciting, original and live Vegas-style entertainment on the Strip,” said Matt Mascali, Vice President of Entertainment at Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower.

PIN UP show time will be at 10:30 p.m., five nights a week, Thursday through Monday. Tickets will be $49.99 plus taxes, $10 more for VIP seats, and will go on sale on Tuesday, January 15, 2013. Guests must be 21 or older to attend the show.
