Experience a vibrant Cinco de Mayo celebration all weekend at Toca Madera located at The Shops at Crystals. From Friday, May 3 through Sunday, May 5, guests can enjoy a festive dining experience with live entertainment alongside specially curated cocktails and culinary offerings including:
- Lobster Enchiladas Con Dos Moles: mole verde, mole rojo, lobster meat, cali green onions ($50)
- Birria Quesadilla: beef birria, queso chihuahua, white onion, cilantro, birria consommé ($22)
- Tinga Empanadas: chicken tinga, smoked guajillo salsa, avocado tomatillo salsa, jalapeno cabbage, queso fresco ($20)
Sip on specialty cocktails, expertly crafted with Tres Generaciones Blanco, including:
- El Chivo: Tres Generaciones Blanco, chareau, grapefruit, lime, serrano syrup, hopped grapefruit bitters ($19)
- Triunfante: Tres Generaciones Blanco, reposado, combier, lime, mint, syrup, crème de fraise, macerated strawberry ($19)
