WHAT:   The restaurants will feature a special holiday menu with a twisted take on traditional turkey and fixing favorites in addition to their oversized offerings of popular menu items.

 

Thanksgiving specials include:

 

  • Roasted Turkey Dinner – house roasted turkey served with cornbread stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce, all topped off with rich turkey gravy, PLUS a slice of pumpkin pie and whipped cream!

 

  • Big O’ Turkey Pot Pie – rosemary black pepper crust filled with roasted turkey, shaved sweet corn, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, red potatoes and bubbling pan gravy.

 

  • Smothered Thanksgiving Stuffed Turkey Burger – two ½ lb. turkey burgers stuffed with cranberry sauce and stuffing, topped with HH seasoning and smothered in gravy.  Served with a choice of mashed potatoes or French fries.

Rí Rá Las Vegas, authentic Irish pub located inside the Shoppes at Mandalay Place, will celebrate Thanksgiving by offering a specialty menu of traditional harvest fare, available on Thursday, Nov. 28 from 11 a.m. until close.

La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will honor Thanksgiving with a gourmet dinner available exclusively on Thursday, Nov. 28.

 

Prepared by Executive Chef William DeMarco, the dinner will begin with butternut squash soup, prepared with spiced brandy zabaione and candied cashews; followed by kale and quinoa salad, made with roasted pumpkin, orange, pomegranate, marcona almonds and topped with cider vinaigrette, served family-style.

 

The main course, sliced turkey breast, will be served with sage and vegetable stuffing, cranberry, sweet potatoes and toasted marshmallow.  Pumpkin pie will be the featured dessert, topped with sea salt and accompanied by extra virgin olive oil ice cream.  La Cave’s Thanksgiving feast will be priced at $42 per person.

 

A variety of sides for sharing will include blistered green beans with cipollini onion and crispy shallots; crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon and parmesan; roasted mushrooms with goat cheese; and mashed potatoes with sage gravy, each priced at $8.

 

La Cave’s full menu of signature dishes also will be available, including the short rib tacos, topped with avocado crema, tomato and cilantro, priced at $19; the beef filet crostini, prepared with blue cheese and truffle cream, priced at $24; and the chocolate mousse cake, accompanied by powdered berries and chocolate tuile, priced at $10.

Morton Group’s CRUSH American Grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino will welcome family and friends to offer gratitude together on Thanksgiving with holiday dishes offered exclusively on Thursday, Nov. 28.

 

The festive feast will include sliced turkey breast, served with sausage, bacon and root vegetable stuffing, along with mashed potatoes and cranberry jelly, priced at $32.

 

CRUSH will also offer a selection of traditional Thanksgiving sides including roasted chestnuts and Brussels sprouts; maple glazed yams; sweet potato gnocchi with sage brown butter; and blistered green beans with beech mushrooms. Sides are served a la carte and are priced at $10 each. Traditional pumpkin pie, pecan pie and apple pie will be offered for dessert, priced at $10 each.

 

CRUSH’s full menu of signature dishes also will be available, including shrimp ceviche, prepared with mango, Asian pear and tomatillo salsa, priced at $19; ricotta gnocchi, topped with braised short rib and pea purée, priced at $36; and 12-ounce charred New York sirloin, with buttered mashed potatoes and au poivre sauce, priced at $49.

In November, Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar  celebrates two highly anticipated fall occasions with two special menu events—its anniversary and white truffle season. 

This year marks the 34th anniversary of Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar and the family invites the public to celebrate with them over two weekends featuring special menus. On Nov. 8 – 10 and Nov. 15 – 17, guests will enjoy a prix-fixe three-course menu highlighting many of Ferraro’s favorite dishes for an outstanding $34.34 per person. Guests may choose their appetizer (perhaps Calamari Fritti or Carpaccio di Manzo) and main course (selections include Spaghetti Aglio Olio and Pici Toscano—wild boar ragù). Plus, all diners receive a tempting “dolci” platter—a sampling of Ferraro’s famously indulgent desserts.

White truffle season comes to Ferraro’s on Tuesday, Nov. 19, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., when guests will savor one of the season’s most indulgent ingredients – Italian white truffles – at this special-occasion dinner. Italian white truffles are widely regarded as the most exquisite of all truffles. Their season runs typically from late October to late December. Truffles grow in the wild, where they enjoy a symbiotic relationship with mature oak, beech and hazelnut trees, from which they draw carbohydrates while growing underground. For this reason, truffles cannot be cultivated. That fact, together with their unmistakably rich and umami-filled flavor, makes truffles a universally rare and sought-after ingredient.
