VIRGIN HOTELS LAS VEGAS MAKES VALENTINE’S DAY SWEET WITH DINING SPECIALS & MORE

 

This Valentine’s Day, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, has something to make loved ones feel special with experiences across the resort’s restaurants and amenities. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made online at www.virginhotelslv.com.

 

  • From the Morton brothers, One Steakhouse will offer a romantic four-course meal for $119 per person with a complimentary sparkling toast. Kicking off the night, guests can choose between brussels sprouts salad, with pickled red onions, cashews, blue cheese and dried cherries or hamachi crudo with avocado, yuzo kosho, togarashi spice and green coriander. For the second course, guests will enjoy a fresh winter truffle risotto with truffles shaved tableside. For the main course, One Steakhouse is offering a choice of an 8-oz. filet mignon with caramelized shallots or diver sea scallops with potato gnocchi, trumpet mushrooms, English peas and herb butter. For dessert, indulge in a triple chocolate truffle cake for two with chocolate fudge sauce, fresh raspberries and Oreo crumble. Additional sides will be available for $16 each.

 

  • Casa Calavera will put a vibrant Mexican twist on the romantic holiday with lobster enchiladas with tomato cream sauce, pico de gallo and Mexican crema for $38. For dessert, guests will enjoy a special Valentine’s Day edition of the signature Calavera with Abuelita chocolate mousse, chocolate fudge cake, berries, strawberry sorbet and hot berry raspberry sauce for $14. Both specials are only available on Tuesday, February 14.

  • Kassi Beach House will offer Italian seaside coastal cuisine and refreshing cocktails with a Valentine’s Day twist, available February 10 – 14. Dining specials will emphasize sharable dishes, including the arancini, braised veal topped with capers and lemon for $21, pan seared scallops with brown butter cauliflower puree for $38 and braised short rib served with creamy polenta for $42, followed by the chocolate pot de cremé with brandied cherries for dessert for $12. Guests can also sip on two Valentine’s Day themed cocktails, the honeymoon with Haku vodka, white chocolate, raspberry, lemon, alcohol infused whipped cream and served on the rocks for $17 and the ménage à trois with Tres Generaciones tequila, strawberry-orgeat syrup, and lime, served as a martini for $18. The romance will continue on Wednesday, February 15 with a Valentine’s Day-themed twist on the restaurant’s famous Kassi House Party, offering half off all pastas, select bottles, featured cocktails, a live DJ and festive decorations starting at 9 p.m.

  • Virgin Hotels Las Vegas’ signature restaurant The Kitchen at Commons Club will offer a perfectly paired special, the fan-favorite special surf & turf for $39, available from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14.

  • From celebrity chef Todd English, Olives will feature a three-course meal with dishes designed to be shared family style for $105 per person. Starting off the festive meal, guests will dine on diver scallops with braised leeks and osetra caviar butter, Todd’s meatballs with herb ricotta and Sunday butter and Olives Caesar salad with garlic focaccia croutons and parmigiano. For the main entrée, guests will enjoy Olives’ signature dishes, including truffle ravioli with parmesan cheese and fresh black truffle, hanger steak pizziola with marinara, peppers, onions and mozzarella and the iconic chicken parmesan with San Marzano tomato sauce, parmesan and basil. Guests can add side of lobster spaghettini with fennel saffron cream for an additional $20. And for desert, lovers will enjoy the OMG chocolate cake with butterscotch and dark chocolate crumb and panna cotta with seasonal berries, balsamico and passion fruit. The pre-fixe menu will be available on Tuesday, February 14.

 

  • The award-winning Night + Market will celebrate Valentine’s Day from February 13 – 15 with dining specials, perfect for two. Specials include the seafood trio featuring market fresh oysters, tiger prawns and Alaskan king crab with Thai cocktail sauce, Nam Jim and Som Tum Relish for $55 and the XO filet mignon, a 6-oz. center cut filet mignon, grilled, sliced and finished with Chinese broccoli and house XO sauce for $70.

 

  • Throughout the month of February, The Spa at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas will provide couples the perfect getaway to relax, restore and rejuvenate. The “Love to Relax” massage package treats couples to a full-body massage with hot stones, warm towels and an array of scented oils consisting of ginger and spice followed by a session in the co-ed lounge and bathhouse with tea services for two (50 minutes: $395 per couple; 80 minutes: $495 per couple). The “Love Your Skin” body treatment and mini facial starts with an 80-min. hydrating cocoon with a whipped sugar body scrub, followed by an antioxidant rich serum smoothed over the body, the session concludes with a mini-facial, with a firming botanical milk ($225 per person). The “Oh, So Lovely” body scrub takes guests on a relaxing journey with a 25-min. full body exfoliation ($95 person).
