1st Annual Charity Cornhole Tournament Set for Sat., Dec. 3 at PKWY Tavern Marks St. in Henderson, Nev.
WHAT: Community Outreach Medical Center and the Ogden Family Foundation are proud to partner on the 1st Annual Charity Cornhole Tournament. Sponsored by KTNV ABC 13 Action News and KCEP Power 88.1 FM, this inaugural holiday fundraising event will benefit the Adopt-A-Family program and Holiday Toy Drive that Community Outreach Medical Center and the Ogden Family Foundation host for underserved families in Las Vegas each December.
WHEN: Saturday, December 3, 2022; registration begins at 11:00 a.m., cornhole tournament begins at 12:00 p.m.
WHERE: PKWY Tavern Marks, 445 Marks St., Henderson, Nev. 89014
WHO: Kema Ogden – Executive Director of Community Outreach Medical Center and Founder of the Ogden Family Foundation will be available for interviews during the event.
EVENT INFO – Tournament participants can bring their own doubles partner, play in a 4-game round-robin tournament into single elimination. There will be upper and lower divisions for different skill levels and a guarantee to play five games for all tournament competitors. Entry fee is $80 (purchase here) with cash prizes in the upper division level of $500 for first place, $300 for second place, and $150 for third place. The lower division level first place team will receive a $100 cash prize. All tournament participants and observers are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy (valued $10 or more) for a raffle ticket to win prizes.
