Aliante Casino + Hotel continues celebrating its kick-off theme “A Brand New Day” by proudly announcing three brand new dining destinations for guests to enjoy.

Guests will appreciate the full flavors in every bite of a juicy steak, a crisp salad, authentic pasta, or any other tempting dish from the restaurants, as everything is made from scratch. From housemade dressings to soups and long-simmered sauces, Chef George prides in the savory dishes created by using fresh ingredients.
The Salted Lime is the newest happy hour hot spot in North Las Vegas offering south of the border flair with a Las Vegas twist. Centered around a giant margarita bar, it’s the ultimate way to shake up any night. Offering melt-in-your-mouth cuisine that satisfies any craving, it’s the perfect place to gather friends and enjoy a thirst-quenching margarita, adding the right amount of spice to any night.
Inspired by the flavors of Europe, Bistro 57 serves beautifully presented breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner plates in a lively and modern atmosphere featuring more than 57 wines. There’s something tempting for even the most discriminating palates including sweet Croissant French Toast, fresh Roasted Beet Salad, Salad Nicoise and warm, creamy Croissant Bread Pudding.
Medley Buffet serves freshly made dishes from around the world in an elegant atmosphere. Choose from live-action food stations including Mexican, Chinese, Italian, American and sinfully delicious desserts. With so many selections from all over the world, Medley Buffet makes dinner an adventure.
The three new restaurants complement the already existing MRKT Sea & Land, Aliante’s signature steak and seafood restaurant. Complete with an outside patio, fireplace and comfortable banquettes, MRKT offers one of the most comprehensive wine collections in North Las Vegas. For quick bites, T.G.I. Friday’s and the Aliante Food Court, which includes six additional recognized eateries, continue to satisfy every craving.
Hailing from California, Chef George was born with a cooking spoon in his mouth — both of his parents were chefs. His natural passion for the trade and hands-on experience led him to the Cheesecake Factory in California where he was the Corporate Chef for 17 years before making the move to Las Vegas to open the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. He continued to flourish at the Venetian followed by the Red Rock Casino and Hotel. Chef George is thrilled to call Aliante his new home.
