Muzzarella Slice House Pop-Up
available for dining Sept. 6–7 and takeout starting Sept. 9.
AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop is debuting Muzzarella Slice House, a playful new pop-up bringing slice shop favorites to UnCommons in southwest Las Vegas. Launching with counter-service dining from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6, and Sunday, Sept. 7, followed by takeout and delivery beginning Tuesday, Sept. 9, the limited-time concept will transform AMARI with T-shirt-clad staff, lively music and pizza served quick and casual.
Specialty pies will include the Gabacool, made with pepperoni, sausage, Calabrese and guanciale, priced at $39; Zesto!, a classic white pie drizzled with pesto, priced at $35; and All’Inferno, topped with Calabrese, red onion and hot honey, priced at $37. Fresh salads, house-baked focaccia and Italian sodas will complement the savory offerings, while desserts like the Creamcicola, a blood orange Italian soda poured over vanilla gelato, priced at $11, provide a sweet finish.
The menu will also feature starters and crave-worthy favorites, including Z-Balls, meatballs simmered in marinara and finished with parmigiana, priced at $9; Fried Muzz Balls, oversized mozzarella balls served with marinara, priced at $12; and Bird Legs, buffalo or garlic-parmesan drumsticks paired with ranch or blue cheese, priced at $16.
