Easter Holiday Specialty Menu at Seasons Buffet

Info: Celebrate with Silverton this Easter Sunday with a special brunch and dinner buffet at Seasons. This specialty buffet will feature brunch items like Apple Crepes, Cheese Blintz, French Toast with Maple Mascarpone, Shrimp & Grits and more. The Carving Station will be featuring Silverton Crusted Whole New York Sirloin, Juniper-Maple Smoked Salmon, Brown Sugar Glazed Ham and Roasted Turkey. Be sure to stop by all the favorites at the Soup and Salad Stations that will be serving Brodetto Pasquale (the Roman Easter Soup), Ambrosia and Easter Eggs along with other delicious dishes. Also, enjoy fresh seafood delicacies such as Shrimp Cocktail with Fruit Salsa, Stuffed Crab, Coconut Shrimp, Trout Almondine or any one of the American, Oriental or Italian Stations.
