Boyd Gaming, a major sponsor of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (WNFR) for the last 30 years, will present the exciting annual mechanical bull riding contest, The Buckin’ Bull Party, at Fremont Hotel and Casino for the first time ever this December.

In addition, the CINCH Boyd Gaming Chute-Out will return to The Orleans Hotel and Casino, along with National Finals Tonight® Show and The Legendary Buck’N Ball.

National Finals Tonight Show at The Orleans
Celebrating its 10th year broadcasting, the award-winning National Finals Tonight Show will return to The Orleans at 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 1-10. Broadcasting live from the Orleans Showroom, the show will feature rodeo highlights, interviews, and question and answer sessions with the world’s leading cowboys and cowgirls. Admission is free and prizes will be given away nightly. The wrap-up of each day’s WNFR events will be hosted by eight-time World Champion and Hall of Fame Cowboy Don Gay; World Champion Tie-Down Roper and all-around cowboy Joe Beaver; and TV host Dan Miller. There will be special appearances by legendary WNFR rodeo announcers Bob Tallman, Boyd Polhamus and many others. In addition, the winners of the CINCH Boyd Gaming Chute-Out will receive their buckles nightly at the beginning of the National Finals Tonight show.

The Legendary Buck’N Ball at The Orleans
Also at The Orleans is Las Vegas’ best rodeo party after dark, The Legendary Buck’N Ball. The party begins at 9 p.m. Dec. 1-10, and offers live country music, two-step dancing and drink specials. Guests must be 21 years or older and there is no cover charge.

CINCH Boyd Gaming Chute-Out at Orleans Arena
Returning after its highly successful debut in 2015, the second-annual CINCH Boyd Gaming Chute-Out will welcome some of the most recognizable faces in rodeo for an action-packed three-day event Dec. 8-10, from 2 to 4 p.m. each day, at the Orleans Arena. A total of 64 top-ranked cowboys and cowgirls, including past, present and future world champions, will compete in a series of events, including Bareback Riding, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Saddle Bronc Riding, Tie-Down Roping, Barrel Racing and Bull Riding. The Chute-Out offers unbeatable rodeo action at a family-friendly price. Tickets start at just $30, and are now on sale at BoydChuteOut.com.

Bob Tallman’s WNFR Charity Bowling Event at the Gold Coast
Bowling, celebrities, food and fun will once again be part of the Bob Tallman’s WNFR Charity Bowling Event on Saturday, Dec. 3, at 10 a.m. at the Gold Coast Bowling Center. The tournament will benefit the Las Vegas chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities and the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund. Sign up as a team of four or an individual bowler to meet and bowl with rodeo contestants and celebrities at BoydGamingEvents.com.

The Buckin’ Bull Party at Fremont
For the first time, the annual Buckin’ Bull Party mechanical bull riding competition will take place just off the Third Street entrance near The Filament bar at Fremont Hotel and Casino, Dec. 1 – 10. Professional rodeo announcer Jody Carper will lend his voice during the action. All that participants need to bring is their courage as there will be a coach on-site to assist. Contestants can practice their skills during the NFR Viewing Party for just $5 per ride, then buckle up for the competition at 9 p.m. each night. They will be scored by three special guest judges: Troy Lerwill, the six-time PRCA Comedy Act of the Year winner; Ronald Burton, celebrated rodeo clown and featured participant in the award-winning documentary, “Man in the Can;” and Dennis Halstead, four-time Canadian Professional Rodeo Entertainer of the Year. The top three scorers will receive $500 in prizes and a championship buckle each session.
