Boyd Gaming Launches All-New B Connected Sports App

Just in time for the start of the professional football season, Boyd Gaming today announced the launch of its all-new mobile betting experience for Nevada sports bettors: B Connected Sports.

The name is the same as Boyd Gaming’s previous mobile app, but the betting experience has received a significant upgrade, thanks to IGT’s PlaySports technology solution. With B Connected Sports, Boyd Gaming can now offer Nevada bettors one of the widest selections of pre-game and in-gaming betting options in the state, with sports including football, basketball, baseball, hockey, tennis, golf, auto racing, darts and rugby, both from the United States and overseas.

“Mobile and in-play sports betting are more popular than ever, so the new and improved B Connected Sports app comes at the perfect time,” said Bob Scucci, Boyd Gaming’s Vice President of Race and Sports Operations. “With B Connected Sports, we’ve created a mobile experience that is both easy-to-use and unrivaled in its selection of betting options, making it one of the most robust sports betting products in the state of Nevada.”

The app features dozens of proposition betting options for each sporting event. In-game wagering is also available for major sporting events with an extensive wagering menu, giving sports fans more ways to get in on the most up-to-date, in-game action, while receiving instant scoring updates.

B Connected Sports has also enhanced its look with a clean, modern design that allows users to easily navigate the platform, while still enjoying more wagering options. The app’s user-friendly platform offers customers even more convenience with quick updates to sports betting odds as well as immediate information on payouts on each betting option.

In the near future, wagering on horse racing will be made available through the new B Connected Sports app, pending regulatory approval. B Connected Sports users can still place horse-racing bets via the previous B Connected Sports app.

The all-new B Connected Sports app is available for free download on iOS and Android devices. For more information, visit your favorite Boyd Gaming Sports Book or www.bconnectedsports.com.

BOYD GAMING LAUNCHES STARDUST SOCIAL CASINO; Iconic Brand Returns as Free-to-Play Mobile Gaming Experience

BOYD GAMING LAUNCHES STARDUST SOCIAL CASINO
Iconic Brand Returns as Free-to-Play Mobile Gaming Experience

Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD) today announced the relaunch of its iconic Stardust brand with the debut of the all-new Stardust Social Casino app.

Inspired by one of the most famous casinos in Las Vegas history, the Stardust Social Casino mobile app features a regularly updated selection of popular slot titles from Boyd Gaming casino floors across the country.   The game is free to play and is now available for download on iOS and Android mobile platforms.

“Though the Stardust Resort and Casino closed more than a decade ago, this iconic brand remains one of the most legendary names in Las Vegas history,” said Keith Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer of Boyd Gaming.  “With the launch of Stardust Social Casino, we are bringing back the nostalgia and excitement of this brand with a social gaming experience worthy of the Stardust name.”

In addition to offering a wide selection of popular games from the comfort of players’ homes, Stardust Social Casino also offers rewards and benefits at Boyd Gaming properties across the country.  Virtual credit purchases in the app will earn points and Tier Credits within Boyd Gaming’s B Connected player loyalty program, redeemable at Boyd Gaming properties across the country.

The mobile game elegantly captures the nostalgia of the classic Las Vegas experience once offered by the Stardust Resort and Casino.  Throughout its nearly 50-year history, the Stardust was one of the most beloved and storied brands on the Strip – home to the Le Lido de Paris burlesque show, the first Las Vegas stage of legendary magicians Siegfried & Roy, and the inspiration behind the critically acclaimed 1995 movie “Casino.”

“Stardust is a name that clearly resonates with gaming customers across all generations,” Smith said.  “Given its considerable brand equity, we believe the Stardust name will give Boyd Gaming a unique advantage as we further expand our online and mobile gaming presence.”
