Treat mom to a memorable Mother’s Day at Borracha Mexican Cantina, located at Green Valley Ranch Spa and Casino in Henderson. On Sunday, May 12, Borracha will offer a featured menu, available all day, sure to satisfy all moms.

The featured celebratory menu will include seafood aguachiles, made with shrimp, octopus, onions, cilantro, cucumber, cilantro sauce and avocado, priced at $18; whole lobster, served with cilantro rice and slow roasted cherry tomatoes, priced at $60; and a strawberry cheesecake with tequila infused strawberry coulis, topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries, priced at $15.

In addition to the holiday menu, guests can enjoy Borracha’s Sunday brunch, featuring the best of Mexican cuisine classics including a breakfast burrito with chorizo, eggs, potatoes, chipotle aioli, peppers and onions, priced at $17; a chorizo skillet with two eggs, chorizo, cotija cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, peppers and onions, served over borracha potatoes, priced at $16; and chilaquiles with two eggs, corn tortilla chips, black beans, cotija cheese, avocado, cilantro and oven-roasted tomato arbol sauce, priced at $15.

The regular menu also features fan favorites like the achiote chicken burrito, made with asadero and Jack cheeses, chile arbol sauce and cilantro jalapeño aioli, priced at $18; chipotle Buffalo wings with tomatillo ranch and fresh veggies, priced at $18; and crispy dynamite shrimp tacos, featuring coconut shrimp, jicama shells, tomatillo avocado cream sauce, sriracha sauce and picked red onion, priced at $18. Borracha’s signature dishes can be paired with the full drink menu, which features a vast list of specialty margaritas and signature cocktails like the bloody maria and michelada as well as draft beers.
