Close out the summer at JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa, with the opening of Nom Wah, property-wide football specials, the Spa Aquae End of Summer Escape specials, and more. Framed by Red Rock Canyon, JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa has announced food and beverage specials, spa offerings, and updated hours for the month of September.

Nom Wah

• Nom Wah, New York City’s first and oldest dim sum restaurant, is bringing its rich legacy and celebrated Cantonese flavors to the west coast this fall, marking a major milestone in the brand’s 105-year journey. Revered for its authentic, Cantonese-style dim sum, big flavors, and signature dumplings, the century-old Nom Wah will open its doors Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 4 p.m.
• A traditional Lion Dance celebration to be held throughout the casino floor on Saturday, September 13, 2025, beginning at 4 p.m., to kick off the opening of Nom Wah.
• Nom Wah hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

ai Pazzi

• ai Pazzi, an elevated Italian dining experience from acclaimed celebrity chef, restaurateur, and television personality Fabio Viviani, blends a refined and inviting atmosphere with a thoughtful menu of handmade pasta, fresh seafood, indulgent entrées, decadent desserts, and handcrafted cocktails.
• ai Pazzi hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Hawthorn Grill

• Sunday Dinner Special. Served every Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $68 per person. Includes a luxurious Filet Mignon “Diane” with Mushrooms and Mustard Sauce.
• Daily breakfast featuring elevated twists on classic breakfast dishes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Served daily from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., the Hawthorn Grill Breakfast Menu includes:
  • Avocado Toast with Two Sunny Eggs, Smashed Avocado, Pico de Gallo, Frisee, Radish, Heirloom Tomato, and Lime Vinaigrette on Multigrain Bread.
  •  Very Berry Crunch with Honey Vanilla Yogurt, Granola, and Berry Compote.
  • Traditional Eggs Benedict including two Poached Eggs, English Muffin, Canadian Bacon, Hollandaise, and Hash Browns.
  • Steak N’ Eggs including two Eggs any-style with a charbroiled 6oz. filet and Breakfast Potatoes.
  • Cinnamon-Scented French Toast with Fresh Berries.
  • Classic Buttermilk Pancakes with Whipped Butter and Maple Syrup.

• Daily Happy Hour is now 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the bar and on the patio, featuring handcrafted cocktails, beer, wine, food specials, and Chef-inspired small plates. Live entertainment on Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Hawthorn Grill is currently open Sunday through Thursday, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Breakfast will be served daily from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles

• Happy Hour is served from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Jade Asian Kitchen operates Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
• Reservations required for Teppanyaki.

Market Place Buffet

• The Market Place Buffet, the only buffet in Summerlin, offers weekly dining specials and themed dinner services. Specific offers and pricing include:
  • Aloha Night Dinner – Served every Saturday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Aloha Night Dinner specials are available for $33.99 for adults or $28.99 for guests with a Rampart Plus Card and above. Dinner for children 10 years old and under is available for $22.99.

  • Champagne Brunch – Served every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Champagne Brunch specials are available for $34.99 for adults or $29.99 with a Rampart Plus Card and above. Brunch for children 10 years old or under is available for $22.99. Guests under 21 are not permitted to drink champagne or any other alcohol.
  • Lunch Buffet – Served every Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Market Place Lunch Buffet is available for $23.99 for adults or $18.99 with a Rampart Plus Card and above. The Lunch Buffet for children 10 years old or under is available for $17.99.
  • 2-For-1 or 50% off one Lunch & Dinner Buffet – Available every Tuesday in September from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Guests must earn 100 same-day points to receive the 2-for-1 offer. All-day buffet is available for $33.99.
• Market Place Buffet offers lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dinner service is available nightly from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Clubhouse Deli

• Guests can enjoy Chicken Cordon Bleu served with Crispy Chicken, Sliced Ham, Melted Swiss, and Dijon Mayo on a Texas Toast. Rampart Rewards Player’s Club members can take advantage of this special for $13.99 with proof of their player’s card, $16.99 without.

• The Summerlin Room is open Monday through Saturday from noon to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Buffet is open Monday through Saturday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m.

Updated hours of operation for Spa and Salon services are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Barbershop hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9 p.m. to 5 p.m. Appointment only on Sundays and Mondays. Fitness Center hours are Sunday through Thursday from 8 a.m.to 7 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 8 p.m. to 8 p.m.

September Pool Hours & Offers
The resort pool is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with extended hours through September 7 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. The pool is free for hotel guests. For non-hotel guests, access is available for a nominal fee. Click here for details. The pool offers comfortable lounge chairs, towels and poolside dining at Waterside Café from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Poolside standard and grand cabanas are also available to guests visiting this season. A standard cabana includes a television, mini refrigerator with water, plush seating and a designated cocktail server. Each cabana offers space for a maximum of six guests.
