Nigro Construction Completes Construction on
State-of-the-Art Queensridge Medical Center
New facility brings multiple physicians and practices to Summerlin-adjacent West Las Vegas
Today, Nigro Construction announced the completion of Queensridge Medical Center, located less than one mile from Summerlin Hospital. Developed by Scott Goldstein of Prospect Street and constructed by Nigro Construction, the three story, 70,000 square-foot state-of-the-art Class A medical office building is the largest independently owned medical building within three miles of Summerlin Hospital. As more practitioners look to house their own facilities, construction in the healthcare field continues to grow.
Queensridge anchor tenant Crovetti Orthopaedics occupies more than 27,000 square feet of the build out which includes medical clinic and offices, a surgery center with four operating rooms, an onsite cardiac catheterization lab, and recovery suites – a unique find in an independent building in Southern Nevada. Other tenant offerings include physical therapy, primary care, radiology, imaging, cardiology, as well as dentistry/orthodontia.
