Last night (Friday, Jan. 6) rocker Dave Navarro was spotted at The Pop-Up Wedding Chapel at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Navarro played best man at a vow renewal ceremony along with 20 friends, all while 50 onlookers from the Strip watched through the Chapel’s windows.
