The party hotspot destination in Downtown Summerlin® is pleased to reveal its elevated brunch menu with whimsical touches and world-class sweet and savory creations by chef Thomas Griese.
JING Las Vegas located at Downtown Summerlin® is revamping their brunch menu with new over-the-top, whimsical and flirty dishes from Warm 24 Karat Beignets featuring gold sugar to a Truffled Omelet and new brunch Dim Sum specialties.
The Sunday, October 2 launch kicks off at 11:00 A.M. with vibes by party favorite resident deejay, JBray, until 3:00 P.M. New menu items consist of fun, eclectic dishes, with a globally-infused twist. Accompanying this exciting new menu is the impressive cocktail program from JING signature drink specials every Sunday and unlimited champagne options from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
JING will resume dinner service at 5:00 P.M. on Sundays with a full open bar from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. and house music.
Chef Griese’s menu highlights include; Smoked Salmon Pizza– capers, crème fraiche, chive yolk jam; Lobster Soft Scramble– asparagus, potato, gruyere cheese; Ube Mochi French Toast– condensed syrup, pop rocks, whip; Egg & Wagyu Beef Burger– sunny up, caramelized onion, LTA; JING Seafood Tower– Giant Tiger Prawns, Lobster Tail, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Clams, P.E.I. Mussels, Big Eye Tuna Tartare, Yellowtail Serrano, Kumiai Oysters, Cocktail Sauce, Lemon Aioli & Mignonette; Duo of Caviar– Royale, & Master.
Brunch Dim Sum items include Xaio Long Bao, Chive Dumpling, Truffled Har Gao and Crystal Dumpling.
