WHAT:
On Sunday, April 30, Executive Option, the Henderson-based consulting firm helping businesses of all sizes overcome their most overwhelming challenges, presented Cheyenne High School senior Victoria Gallegos with its $10,000 Remarkable Achievements Recognized Everyday (RARE) Scholarship prior to the start of the Las Vegas Aviators game.
Created in partnership with the Public Education Foundation, the RARE Scholarship commends students demonstrating resilience and determination in and outside of the classroom. The jumbo check was presented by Executive Option’s chief executive officer Mike Del Prado. Gallegos was joined by her family at the Las Vegas Ballpark to commemorate her outstanding leadership skills, intellectual aptitude, almost perfect academic record and effective time management skills participating in a number of sports and extracurricular activities. She demonstrates perseverance and commitment to reach her goals including attending college.
