MAROON 5
Following the release of its bestselling new album, Overexposed, GRAMMY Award-winning recording artist Maroon 5 will perform two special New Year’s weekend shows at the Mandalay Bay Events Center December 29 – 30. Maroon 5 will then return to the Mandalay Bay Events Center Saturday, March 16 as part of their 2013 North American tour. Superstar Carrie Underwood will continue her critically acclaimed Blown Away Tour in 2013 including a stop at the Mandalay Bay Events Center Saturday, March 2. Blown Away debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums Chart and on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart. The album’s first two singles, “Good Girl” and “Blown Away,” both also reached No. 1. MUSE
Since 1994, Muse has released five studio albums, selling more than 15 million albums worldwide. The group, Matt Bellamy, Dominic Howard and Chris Wolstenholme, comes to the Mandalay Bay Events Center shortly after releasing its sixth album The 2nd Law. ONE DIRECTION
The English-Irish boy band One Direction will perform at Mandalay Bay Events Center August 2 – 3 as part of its
2013 World Tour. One Direction was formed after its five members competed in the seventh season of the British television competition “The X Factor.” The group’s two albums Up All Night and Take Me Home, released in 2011 and 2012 respectively, broke several records, topped the charts and generated the singles “What Makes You Beautiful” and “Live While We’re Young.”

Not your typical aquarium, Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay is a total sensory experience designed to transport visitors to an undersea ocean of fantastic sights, sounds and encounters.
