Naxos Taverna Unveils New Weekend Mediterranean Brunch

Naxos Taverna at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa will introduce its new weekend Mediterranean Brunch starting May 4 featuring traditional Greek and Israeli breakfast staples accompanied by a bottomless Spartan Sangria offering.

Guests can celebrate the joy of sharing brunch with friends and loved ones with Naxos’ version of Mediterranean hospitality every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.

The Mediterranean Brunch will feature multiple original dishes, including:


  • Strapatsada made with lightly scrambled eggs, fresh herbs and tomato over grilled toast, served with Loukaniko sausage ($19)
  • Shakshuka made with three eggs poached with tomato and eggplant sauce topped with feta crumbles and served with fresh pita ($23)
  • Greek Avo Toast made with avocado mash, cucumber salad on grilled peasant bread ($18)
  • Steak & Eggs featuring a 6 oz. grilled skirt steak, two bespoke Greek seasoned eggs with smashed harissa fingerlings ($28)
  • Lemon Tiganites featuring lemon poppy seed pancakes, yogurt-whipped cream, seasonal fruit, lemon zest ($16)
  • Melomakarona Waffle, a spin on the Greek dessert, served with orange butter and candied walnuts ($18)
  • Bougatsa featuring traditional Greek semolina custard with citrus notes and flaky, phyllo, crunchy crust ($14)
